Beautiful, clean home with amazing hot tub. We stayed while dropping our son off at USAFA. It was 20 minutes from campus, about 20 minutes from Garden of thebGods, 20 minutes from Pike’s Peak/Manitou Railroad. Perfect location to explore Colorado Springs Old Town shopping. We had a blast. Owners very nice and respond immediately if you have any questions. Very attentive to detail.

We had never been to Colorado and wanted to get the full experience with the area and Rocky Mountains. This location was very close and convenient to everything. It was clean, updated, and the hot tub was nice after a very active day. The property managers were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a super cute property in a quiet neighborhood in Downtown Colorado Springs. The hosts were super friendly and quick to communicate. We'll be recommending it to friends and family when they come to visit us!

This rental is one of the best rentals we've stayed at. Everything was updated and nice. We didn't realize there was an A and B rental (not owned by the same owners) and didn't realize there was a hot tub with the rental. The hot tub info would have been nice so we could have soaked our bones after climbing the Manitou Incline.
The house was very close to everything we did while in town - Manitou Incline, Cograilway, and Garden of the Gods. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

This rental is one of the best rentals we've stayed at. Everything was updated and nice. Super clean and good location. Caution if you have mobility concerns, entry has stairs and no hand rail. Sleeps 10 might be a stretch. There are a king bed, one double, and 2 twins. Couch and floor could make up the difference I suppose. Only 4 chairs in dining area. Kitchen was well appointed.

The pictures on the website don’t do this sweet home justice! All the rooms are spacious and we super clean. Location was perfect and we were able to get around easily. Neighborhood was nice and there’s a small park across the street.
Michelle and Matthew were both great at answering all my questions.

Michelle is an outstanding host! She was in touch before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
The house is precious! It was so clean and comfortable. Lots of room and a nice back patio with a new hot tub. Beds were comfortable and the decor in the home was adorable!
The neighborhood has some homes that are a bit rundown, but all of the neighborhood folks were super friendly. Met lots of dog walkers while sitting on the front porch!
The location is primo for a walk to downtown. And we didn’t drive more than 10-15 minutes to reach attractions and restaurants that were out of walking distance.
Our stay was perfect!! Highly recommend! 😊

This modernized home was clean and had all the kitchen appliances you can imagine. She even had the ice maker on. Many turn it off. The hot tub was put to use often in the private back yard.
An occasional siren was the only sign that you might be downtown. We were not disturbed by them.

The Easter Bunny enjoyed coming to visit at your property this year. We all enjoyed the clean house, great atmosphere and wonderful location. The kitchen had superior amenities including a kitchen aid mixer, crock pot, etc. It would be easy to stay here for a long time. Matt and Michelle were fantastic hosts as well!!!

Fun Get-Away
Girls trip to Colorado Springs to celebrate a 60th birthday. Michelle's place was absolutely perfect -- clean, decorated so cute, had everything we could possibly need, and was a great central location for our celebration. Michelle is an awesome host! Would love to come stay again!
