The apartment is exceptional! Everything you need in Nantes!!!

L'appartement est super bien situé, très confortable et fonctionnel. L'hôte, Tan, est très gentil, très arrangeant et disponible.

Juste un petit défaut sur la fenêtre du salon, qui se ferme mal.

Clear instructions on how to find and get into the property. The place was spotless and well organised. Prefect location for exploring the city. Tan was very helpful and friendly.

I liked this place, but I would say, it’s not for those with limited mobility.

Entrance hall is quite dark and not very welcoming. Can be a bit noisy at weekends.

The accommodations was very clean. It was actually the services offered that made the stay very easy and comfortable like having a washing machine, a hairdryer, large shower, table and chairs and fans.

The entrance way and stairwell was difficult. We couldnt see the stairwell at the end until we managed to find the lights. We had to carry large bags up 3 flights of very narrow stairs. It would have been better if we had been told about the lighting.

Location couldn't be better! Would definitely return. We didn't meet host..but Tan was always contactable & helpful.Self Check-in was well explained..no problems what so ever. Also Tan gave us recommendations for baggage storage (nannying.com), as our return flight was late in evening. There's several baggage drops all over Nantes..& for Lodge Nicolas,the nearest is the Ibis Hotel .. only 1 min away, where we stored both our bags(€6 euro each) until our return to airport. The train service is excellent in Nantes...we took tube train from Commerce Square to Nantes main station *(SNCF) & travelled to Clisson for one of the days(fab little town well recommended). Also purchase the Nantes Pass if planning on doing historic sites etc etc. Well worth it! We purchased from Tourist Office opposite the castle & staff were extremely helpful ..but you can also buy online.

THIS is just constructive criticism to help improve a lovely apt.😉 Only mirror in apt.was over bathroom sink but it was way too high..we had to stand on the steps provided to see our face(& we aren't small😉) .A full mirror is needed perhaps in hallway also. Our apt.had the separate bedroom on same level,(which we liked),there was also a couch-bed in living area, with an elevated area that could also be a sleeping area. As said in other reviews, the steps up 3 flights are very narrow, caution is needed!! There's a light switch outside apt doorway(not too obvious)..& also in entrance hall...make sure you put it on as very dark as you climb down. But I would return despite stairs, as location was 👌

Great location, easy access. Enough space and a great bed . Ideal for a few nights up to a week
