We stay here yearly in different condos. This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Had a problem with the washing machine and it was fixed immediately. We would definitely stay again. Love the addition of the improved splash pad for kids and the adult pool. Also the bar and eatery are a wonderful addition. An adult only lazy river would be amazing!

This condo is the most comfortable place we have rented in years. The previous reviews were not kidding about the cozy beds. It was extremely clean, and we felt right at home. It is a condo in a high rise, so you have to expect a lot of people around and long elevator wait times sometimes, but overall we really enjoyed staying here. If I could pick this place up and make it into a house with a little more privacy, I would never stay anywhere else.

Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals so we didn't have to eat out every day. Beaches are clean. Highly recommend.

The property was fantastic! The condo was just as depicted in the pictures. Any questions we had the property manager was quick to answer. We will definitely be back.

The property was spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioning was good, spacious balcony, very quiet. Easy access to the pool and beach.
The ceiling fan in the first king bedroom as you walk in the door was broken,(maintenance had to bring us a fan) needs more silverware for 9 people, could use more bath towels for the bathrooms, heating element on the dishwasher did not seem to be working. Some of the patio furniture is very rusted out. Other than that, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Hard to beat an Orange Beach trip. We try to get to Orange Beach a couple times a year. Hard to beat the proximity to the beach, gulf, pool & condo. We usually set up just off the pier. It's equal distance to jump in the Gulf as it is to jump in the pool. Rooms are always spacious, clean & really nice. Check-ins are easy, but 10am check out will sneak up on you after a good several days at the beach! Would recommend to anyone!

The mattresses were amazing! Our family with adult children visited and we had the best time. It was SUPER clean and the decor was fabulous. We will do this one again. The host was spectacular and available.

Our group of 6 friends had a wonderful stay at this condo. Check in was a breeze and parking was convenient to the condo. The location couldn’t be beat and was close to all that Orange Beach has to offer. The condo itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for four of us. It was as we expected. We wanted to visit the area before school was out to avoid the crowds. We plan to go again next May. The views were spectacular.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Updated appliances and fully stocked kitchen. It also had a separate ice maker to fill your cooler to go to the beach which was nice. Beautifully decorated and felt just like home.Would definitely stay here again!

Y’all… This condo is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous and each has its own bathroom. It really exceeded our expectation! Plenty of room for all of the women to get ready and just all together a nice and spacious condo. It has been the nicest I have ever stayed in. We all plan to book again!

A get away before school started

Me and my family been coming here for 10 year. We were remove by security, saying we were smoking on the balcony. Which we do not smoke at all and our radio was loud. We will not be back

Excellent property (3 BDRM, 4 BATHS) was roomy, well appointed, and included a large balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture for our group of 7. The refrigerator door was missing at least two shelves which strained our cold storage without enough space, so we had to use a cooler for some items. And the floors needed sweeping when we arrived. Bonus covered parking garage was cool and included large windows which created a nice view while driving up to the 12th floor for parking on same level as our condo!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was easy with the condo from start to finish. The beach is a bit crowded as this is a large property but we enjoyed it by going out at non peak times.

We had a fabulous visit and will definitely go again! The condo was amazing and the view was beautiful! We had no problems, check-in and check-out were a breeze. I had read a lot of reviews about the elevators but we didn't have any issues the week before memorial day weekend.

Property was great. It worked well for us, especially the extra bathroom which had a walk-in shower which was used by 2 of our travelers who are 80+.

All occupants over 70 years old. Check-in was simple, view was amazing, condo was as pictured, and building extras ( gym, pool and hot tubes) were easy to access and clean. What few issues we had were addressed immediately corrected.
We are currently planning our next visit using the Alabama Getaway Group. Very pleased with our 8 week stay.

The condo was very pretty and clean. It was so spacious and the views are amazing. My mom loved cooking in the kitchen while enjoying the amazing views. We all enjoyed eating at the large dining table and enjoying the view. Although it was chilly in Nov, I did float in the lazy river.. Overall a great vacation.

We stayed 1-8 Oct 2022 and had an amazing time with perfect weather. It was low 80's and abundant sunshine ever day. Our party included 3 grandparents (65+), my husband and I and small children (<2 & 5). The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with an incredible view of the beach, perfect for catching the sunrise! It was also quiet all night long, no noisy neighbors/guests, no squeaky doirs/floors. We all enjoyed the amenities although found the outdoor pool and lazy river a bit on the chilly side. The kitchen was well stocked with various small appliances, pots/pans, and utensils.

Beautiful condo! We had dinner in the condo a couple times during our stay and it was so convenient that the kitchen already had all the utensils and appliances we needed.

My family and I had an amazing vacation staying at this condo. There were zero complaints and nothing but good vibes. The condo was beautiful and we had everything that we needed. The condo being on the 12th floor was very convenient for parking and there were no issues getting to and from our room. Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

This is not your typical beach condo. This unit is very high end and well maintained. It felt like home when we walked in. This condo has everything you need for 1 day, week or month. We will be back as this is our new favorite destination and condo! Thank you for everything!!

Great location. Loved the lazy river, water slide and a short walk to the beach. Fabulous condo with lots of room and large balcony. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Unit 1209 had plenty of room and everything we wanted for comfortable place to vacation. Our twin 6 y/o grandchildren absolutely LOVED the waterslide and lazy river. Cannot imagine how many times they went down the waterslide. Our 18 month grandson enjoyed the splash pad. We enjoyed the beach - the umbrella crew were attentive asking to adjust umbrella, etc. The ocean was rough but that is nature. Unit 1209 ice machine was a lifesaver for cooler with drinks for beach. The white leather couches made me feel safe for cleanliness, not absorbing fluids, ability for cleaning crew to keep clean between vacationers. Thanks for the stay and great memories!

This condo was AMAZING. We loved that we could drive up level 12 and use the grocery & luggage carts to bring our stuff right to the front door of the unit. The property/building had everything we expected to make going up & down to the beach a breeze. We brought a small cooler to take drinks and snacks down to the beach and the ice machine came in very handy. We were a group of 7 women so having the 4 bathrooms was perfect for getting ready for dinner in the evenings. The balcony was spacious and we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening out there, taking in the beautiful gulf views. Overall, I would 100% recommend this condo and would book it again if ever back in Orange Beach.

Phoenix West II Unit 1209 was perfect for our family vacation! It was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Girls Trip Weekend
