Really loved the location. It’s a small gated community that is close to everything. Loved having both the pool and ocean to swim. We had a larger group and play a lot of cards and games so the exceptionally large dining table was greatly appreciated as well. Lots of seating and the deck furniture was sturdy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too!! Quality of bath towels and tissue paper could use an upgrade but just really nitpicking here. We will rent here again if we come back to Orange Beach.

Eight of us gals got together for our annual trip. We had stayed at this property before, and it was perfect for our needs with plenty of living, bedroom and bath space. It is our favorite house!

Plenty of room for 11 adults and there were 3 beds to spare. Very clean and roomy. I would encourage anyone to choose this place. Only 1 downfall… the ice maker did not produce ice like it should, maybe needs repairing so we purchased ice from Walmart. Great house and beach was about a minute walking.

Great time! House was very accommodating for several families. We love how close it is to the beach and the open deck to sit on.

Loved the large decks, comfortable sofa, chairs, and beds, and property design. The house was perfect for a large group - spacious with great spaces to gather and plenty of space for privacy and down time. Wonderful stay!

There are a few imperfections with the home (because it’s a rental property), but, overall it has every needed for a wonderful vacation. There were 5 adult couples on our trip and we all agreed we would gladly rent this home again!

This home was spectacular and perfect for our vacation. We had four couples and kids, the layout was great! We loved the location, all the outdoor seating! The view of the ocean and closeness to the pool and being able to see the kids play at the tennis courts was an added bonus. We loved it and are already trying to coordinate dates to go again!

Me and my military buddies and wives have not seen each other since serving in Desert Storm over 30 years ago. We spent 7 amazing days here and its was the perfect place to reconnect. People traveled from Germany, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Florida and Mississippi. We didn't want to leave. The deck was awesome to sit out and enjoy the sun during the day and stars at night. The beach was just a short walk away with plenty of room inside for 16 people to enjoy our time together! Thanks again for letting the Bandits of 4/67 Armor 3rd Armored Division, Freidberg Germany reunite and relive the past that is so important to all of us. We will be back.......

Great location. Easy access to beach (about 100 yards) and grocery stores and other amenities nearby. Nice common spaces with bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well outfitted for cooking for a group but a griddle would have been nice for pancakes, grilled sandwiches, etc. Above stove microwave did not work but a new countertop microwave was supplied the next day. I think the house is very well built but shows signs of use. No big issues but kitchen cabinets, drawers and cupboards showing wear and staining. Couple of broken toilet paper holders and a bathroom exhaust fan not working. Couple of fry pans left very dirty that we cleaned up so we could use them. Overall it seemed very clean and was very comfortable. Just some of the normal issues with a rental that has seen use over the years. I would easily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay but had a sign not to flush toilet paper. This was very annoying. You must need to clean out your pipes or something. This would keep us from coming back.

Great spot in Orange Beach. We had a few guest arrive a few hours early and they were very accommodating to help get them in ASAP. I’ve stayed in high rise condos mostly but having a place to your own with a short walk to the beach was fantastic. Check out was super easy, highly recommended

We loved our time at this house and the pictures did not do it justice. Well stocked w pans/kitchen items. Side note - lots of steps to get into the house.

This property was just as listed. We loved it. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We will be staying here again. The management was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had.

This 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom house served our group very well with plenty of space. We all enjoyed the decks and the short walk over the footbridge to the ocean. Our teens used the tennis court several times. We were close to shopping and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

It was just as nice as advertised. An issue with a leaking faucet was reported and resolved the next day. It was all good.
