The place was jist like the photos and amazing for my families lottle weekend get away

We stayed Tues-Sat. It was quite the perfect, clean, quiet getaway for our family. Very spacious, & three bathrooms which was very useful. Everything you could need or forgot was there for us! I know towels aren’t crazy important, but the towel sizes/quality was refreshing. The indoor porch overlooking the water was so peaceful, and beautiful! We were all sad to have to leave and come back home! Would definitely stay again!

The inside of this property was absolutely gorgeous, very cozy for our whole family. The proximity to fall creek marina was perfect to watch our kids fish from the public dock. Highly recommend.

Only disappointment was in the boxes board games not containing the correct games. Wonderful time overall

Close to all of the fun things Branson has to offer but peaceful and quiet!! Great for trout fishing!

Very happy with this condo! There was plenty of room for my family of 5. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed the quietness and homely place it was very nice and clean .

We had a great time at the condo! Our group included 6 kids ages 4-11 and it was a great space for us. All 6 kids slept in the 3rd bedroom with the full bunk beds with an additional blowup bed (that we brought from home). There were a few roll away beds we could have used too but we didn’t end up needing them. Kind beds were very comfortable too! We enjoyed the resort and the kids liked the playground area nearby. Overall it was a great trip and we enjoyed the space!

Beautiful condo, easy to check in and had everything we needed for a week + stay with kids! Beautiful view of the river. The porch furniture does need to be replaced. Did not feel secure sitting on it and I'm a smaller sized adult. Besides that, everything was lovely! Well stocked kitchen with crockpot for the nights you just want to stay in, plenty of movies for a family night as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, excellent location, met all of our lodging needs, very affordable for all of the accomodations, out of the way of the busy downtown area, super peaceful, would highly recommend!

The property was clean with excellent water views. Some of the furniture was a little flimsy but the property was clean and nice.

If you want to trout fish on Taneycomo, this condo is for you! Our trip was in July, and the loft area of the condo does get a bit warm, in spite of modifications, but overall the condo is very comfortable and clean. Very happy with our stay and would certainly rent again. There is a daily use fee to fish from the marina dock, you can also rent a boat or a charter from the marina easily.

Wonderful stay for 3 families. Each family had their own bedroom and bath. Common areas were spacious. Best part was communication labels on everything. Made acclimation so easy.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! I was impressed with the cleanliness. Definitely would stay there again!

The place was nice but needs some TLC.

We have stayed at numerous places and this condo was the cleanest, easy access to check in and out. The only negative thing for us was the stairs.

We had a great time with family visiting the Branson area. Would rent this condo again for a large group.

The condo was roomy and nice. Could use a little TLC. No heavy lifting, just some attention to detail. The location was not far from most of the entertainment in the area. My whole family said we go back. The location on the river was great. Wish we would have realized that when we booked the property. We all would have brought fishing gear.

I loved our stay at this property! It was clean and a great size for our family. The three-season room overlooking Lake Taneycomo was a serene place to sit in the mornings and evenings. The overall location is conveniently located in the center of everything in Branson. Local contacts were very helpful. I would love to stay here again in the future!

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to the owners that the sun room would have been more enjoyable if the furniture in there was more comfortable. After the first morning, we didn't go back out there because our bums hurt from sitting on the furniture. Beautiful view though.

We stayed here on a girls trip (my mom and sisters). Everything was perfect from the cleanliness and spacious layout to the comfy furniture, but our favorite was the covered deck overlooking the lake. It was SO peaceful. We made so many amazing memories and we will definitely be staying here next year :)

The area was so clean and peaceful. The condo was well- appointed, and had a beautiful view of Lake Taneycoma. The beds and recliners were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. The people at the Dock store were very helpful with getting our licenses, and helping the kids out with some tips on catching trout. Fabulous experience!

Nice keurig machine for coffee and it was nice to have oven and all we needed for meals. Property was clean and well taken care of

The property is super cute and clean. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 of those nights we didn’t have hot water. When I spoke to the property owner he was very prompt on getting a repair man there to try to fix the problem. There are a few little things that need some attention, like the toilet upstairs squeals like a banshee, we had to turn the water off at night so we could sleep. A few outlets don’t work, the bar stools were terribly loose, not safe to sit in, the TV remotes wouldn’t work, light bulbs were out on some side table lamps, the floor fan in the master bedroom doesn’t work and not enough pillow cases for the bed pillows, and the carpet tack strips were poking through, had to watch were you stepped if barefooted. I appreciate a clean property, just needs a bit of attention by owner.

You meet to inform people that this unit is on the third floor of an older complex and no elevator. And must be more intent on the directions will not work with maps.

This was a very easy stay. The directions for check in and check out were simple. My number one requirement in cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The sheets were soft and the beds were comfortable. The view was very pretty, especially at night with the Christmas lights reflecting off the water. The decorations inside were a nice touch as well. The only critique i would add is that the chairs in the dining room and bar may need tightened or replaced. They were slightly wobbly. However, if we are in the area and the home is available I would definitely rent it again. Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a great time enjoying Branson at Christmas. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is located right right off the beaten path within easy access of everything. Our contact, Matt, was great!!!
