This was a great location for our group of 5 adults to stay for 2 nights while visiting Napa. It's very close to downtown restaurants and shopping and a convenient location for exploring local hikes and wineries. The property is as described, and communication from the host was very clear. We didn't end up using the hot tub, but the patio and yard were lovely. Would stay again!

Trip to Napa with family and friends to celebrate 60th birthday for me, cancer-free for my sister, new family, and new friends! House was perfect … little warm when we arrived and soon discovered AC not working. Quick call to Whitney and she immediately started to get someone there to fix it! And she did! Went to dinner and perfect temp when we returned. Whitney compensated us with apps and wine for our trouble … wasn’t necessary (those things happen and she got it fixed) but greatly appreciated! Although advertised “walking distance to downtown” we never walked it. Seemed a little far for us personally but completely doable if not in a hurry and perhaps younger. 😉. . 4 stars for location and neighborhood only because house across from this one looked like a junkyard BUT spend little time on front porch given the wonderful seating arrangements and atmosphere in the backyard which is very private! Would stay here again! Thanks, Whitney (and Bob)!

The stay was nice. Everything was great. The only thing was the Jacuzzi. When booking for this property, it does not say that you can only use the Jacuzzi until 9 PM. I thought it was a private property and you can use the Jacuzzi at any time but other than that everything was great.

This was perfect for our family of 3 couples. The location is unbeatable and the setup of the main house and guest house is great! The owners were fantastic, responding to every question or request immediately day or night. Home is cozy and comfy with everything you could possibly need. Really appreciated not having to go to the store to buy staples and not having to do a ton of checkout/housecleaning work which we’ve had to do with other rentals. Really cannot say enough goof things. Rent this one!! It’s perfect!!

We had a great time at this property. Having the two “separate” properties was really nice and felt like you had a little extra room. One of the bedrooms was on the smaller side and did require bathroom sharing but it was certainly manageable and we really enjoyed our time here!
