Loved staying in this condo! We had 9 people and plenty of room and space for everyone, including two pack n play cribs! I highly recommend a stay here. Everything was wonderful from the first contact with the property owners. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect accommodation for a family vacation. Easy access to beach and more amenities than we could hope for. Very clean and spacious! We will definitely be booking again!

The property was great for our family. We had a great tine except for the timing of the hurricane.

Prior to arriving: Chris and Kaylee kept me updated with the information for our stay. They both did a awesome job. Arriving at Ocean Vista: We met Michael and he gave us a tour of the building and our condo. He made us feel right at home. The condo was very clean and amazing. I would strongly recommend this condo

Beautiful spacious condo, only negative is the one bathroom had mildew in multiple corners esp on the glass block -could use updating. Loved the spacious balcony and the large dinning table on balcony . Glass railing made the view amazing and safe for my grandson to walk around. The kitchen is gorgeous and the multiple sinks made prep and clean up a breeze. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for my family!

This place was great. Even better than the pictures and descriptions. Great communications with host. We loved it.

Everything about this unit was perfect...location, size, cleanliness, hospitality, etc... Looked exactly like it did in the pictures and the amenities included were fantastic.

This condo was amazing! We loved the open concept. Has a great view of the ocean off of the large balcony. Rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The master bedroom surprise was amazing and enjoyed by all! All rooms have TV’s as well as in the living room. The kitchen is roomy w/ lots of cabinets; has good selection of pots & pans, baking pans, Keurig & coffee maker, dishes and utensils; needs some teaspoons & tablespoons as there are only a few and some scrapers (spatulas) would be nice. It has some basic spices for cooking. The large crockpot didn’t seem to be heating well so we used the oven a lot. Good supply of beach towels as well as chairs, sand toys & floats for the beach. When not at the beach, our family really enjoyed using the heated pool and hot tub as well as the fitness center & sauna. The location is great; close to many shops, grocery stores, miniature golf, restaurants & parks. It was great being able to stay here with our entire family (9) for Christmas which made it difficult to leave. Communication with owners was good. I highly recommend this place!

Our room needed work. Washer and dryer were dirty, balcony was dirty. The 3 grills on balcony are useless, they are so dirty they were not usable. We were with other family members with a condo there and theirs was clean and beautiful.. Overall the place is nice and secure but I would not rent this room again.

The condo was oceanside with a great view of the ocean from the oversized balcony which was often shaded by this unit’s location in the tower. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths are ideal for large groups and so are the comfortable 3 king beds, queen bed, and pull-out love seat and chair in the bedrooms. The kitchen, eating area, and great room combination are ideal for large gatherings. The unit was well appointed for the 2000’s, but more on that later. Pool, beach, and parking access were convenient from 2 elevators in our 1/2 of the tower. Between the large refrigerator and the wine refrigerator, there was plenty of room for our food and beverages. The full size washer/dryer were really appreciated. Property Management was accommodating with check-in and the building tour. Thank you to the security person, for finding and returning our misplaced sunglasses. Now the bad. The owner’s suite bath had mold growing in the tile grout. The other 2 bathrooms had mold in cracks around the showers/tub. There were highly rusted eyesore remnants of 2 ceiling fans, attached over the outdoor table and sitting areas, with no fan blades. The outdoor countertop grill and standing grill did not work. The countertop grill was electric and took hours to cook and was virtually useless. The main sliding door track to the balcony was rusted and the other sliding doors either didn’t lock or didn’t even have latches anymore. The 2000’s decor needed to be brought into the 2020’s and the small pieces of painter’s tape, where the painter missed painting all over the unit, were not a welcome touch. Our family came in 3 vehicles, but a couple weeks prior to arriving, property management informed us we could only have 2 parking spaces. When agreeing to the rental, additional parking was available across the street. We were forced to pay $150/wk for, and park, a car 1 and 1/2 miles away.

Definitely would recommend for any family. The four bedroom condo is a rarity and we desperately needed the extra bedroom. Awesome place. If I had one small thing the beds were hard. Other than that great place. We had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed stay!!

Group of 8 adults came for Bike Week was in a great location.

We were apprehensive when viewing the pictures of the place. But boy were the pictures perfect! The apartment/condo/flat is HUGE. There is ample space for people - the beds are VERY good - and the hosts were graceful enough to keep the towels well stocked, and with a washer/dryer in place, we had to use only half of our 4 days' worth of clothes to stay clean and presentable. The kitchen is BEAUTIFUL - dare I say it is better than most kitchens I've been to, And the steel utensils are ideal to cook in and clean. Small thing - I wish there were more smaller spoons. But nothing that a few plastic disposable spoons can't take care of. The carpets were well cleaned and so was the apartment. There was a vacuum cleaner available that could clean the entire place. Another small quibble - with this many toilets (3), we would have liked to have toilet brushes in place. Again - this is OUR preference. To help keep the place clean, this would have been a good addition. The pool was clean and we used it almost daily. Our little ones loved going there - and the access to the beach was perfect. We had daily walks on the beach and watching the sun rise was a delight from the beach (the balcony is North facing - so no sunrise from there in winter). The hot tub was also lovely and we used it too. The property manager (Chris?) was so clear in his explanation of how to use the facilities that we never made a mistake in our using of the facilities. The televisions in place were lovely and we watched a few movies, had a couple of game nights and generally had a fabulous time. The grocery stores - Winn-Dixie within 2 miles and a better equipped Publix about 3 miles away to the South - made shopping very easy. Target and WalMart complemented each other about 4 miles away to the North. As I have indicated, we LOVED the place and the would love to come back here again. Given that the pandemic is still ongoing, with the Omicron variant making life unpleasant worldwide, this was a perfect escape for our family of 10, ranging in ages from 5 to 70, and I would HEARTILY recommend this place. Our many thanks to the hosts for keeping the place so well. And yes - there is a little surprise for folks in the master bedroom. I won't mention exactly what it is here, because it may not remain for long. But for those who get to experience it, it is the icing on the cake! THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is a beautiful rental. Lots of room and had most things we needed. Location is right on the beach and the property is very safe and well taken care of. Rental person met us when we arrived and gave a brief tour of the property and answered our questions. Need a vehicle to drive to restaurants and shopping which are fairly close but too far to walk to.
