Really is a hidden gem perfect for any Napa/Sonoma based vacation. AND Petaluma is a pretty cool town. A couple of great restaurants. Comfort clean attentive management couldn't ask for more.

Wow! This house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Nancy was very responsive to questions and we had a wonderful visit. The house has so many places to gather we didn’t even use them all. If you’re bringing children, they will love all the toys and the yard. My granddaughter kept calling it a park. I highly recommend this house for anyone to stay. There’s a bedroom on the main level for people who have trouble with stairs and a bunk bed for kids, along with 2 other bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Thank you for sharing your beautiful hidden gem.

The house is roomy and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool and sitting outside. Petaluma is adorable & great to wander; bookstores, farmer's market, and great breweries and restaurants. Neighborhood is good for walking.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a girls' get-away with our dog. It is very peaceful in the neighborhood and the house has everything needed, including stuff you forget you'll need. The beds are cozy and all the spaces to relax are comfortable. The host is thoughtful, proactive, and was quick to answer any questions. You're in good hands staying there. We'd go back for sure. My teenage daughter was sad to leave and had a great time.

The house is large and well located in Petaluma. The house has everything and has lots of space. A real find and must stay.

My husband and I rented this lovely home for Thanksgiving weekend. It was so comfortable and cheerful. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Our grandsons took turns staying with us (they live not far away) and they enjoyed it too. We would rent this place again in a minute! Since our daughter and family live nearby, we undoubtedly will. The owner, Nancy, was very considerate and helpful.

My sister, a friend, and my dog stayed at Nancy's place. We all live within an hour of Petaluma as we just wanted to get away somewhere close. This property was more than we could have imagined. And every necessity is there and then some. Very spacious, well equipped with high-end amenities, beautiful indoor as well as outdoor spaces. It was our best trip so far. It was so inviting and comfortable and most of all, fun! Nancy is a sweet lady and was more than accommodating. Thank you so much.

This home was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and seating area to visit with family. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions I had. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My only disappointment was not being able to have a few more family members over for dinner (that live in the area) - maximum 8 guests, but I totally understand the owner's restrictions due to insurance and it was explained to us ahead of time. We would certainly stay here again.

the house is just fabulous. Fully Stocked with kid toys and gadgets, books, and a crib, there was something for everyone across a decent age range of kids. Kid room was like a playland with fun nightlights and other touches. We loved the house. Having young kids, its can be hard to find something comfortable and not overcrowded with designer elements ( anything too ornate could and will be broken) The house was well suited to our needs here. The house was super well stocked with many kitchen needs including all the little annoying things you might bring if you're worried like me about not having at your disposal.. good olive oil, sea salt, range of spices, a healthy supply and variety of good wine glasses was really great to see.. You're in wine country after all.. lots of kiddy cups and plates were a bonus element. only thing missing was a good "Chef's knife" to cut, slice and chop. I get it, people are just as likely to throw it into a dishwasher and ruin in pretty quickly, but a good Victorinox is about $35, and just might be the cost of doing business. Everything else was totally covered and we certainly made do. Beds were comfortable, sheets pretty good.. The master bath was great, towels were plush and soft, downstairs 2nd bath w tub had jets, which the kiddos loved! lots of small touches like phone chargers in every bedroom. But being outdoors is what this house is all about. giant pool and awesome jacuzzi! lots of towels, goggles and sunscreen provided. we spent all day and night outside. Sitting under the deck poolside provided great shade, comfy outdoor furniture, and of course an outdoor kitchen! There is a big Green Egg and gas grill. We used both every single night! all the outdoor plate ware and platters you could need.. Laundry was great and had two soap options including a dye/scent free which we use at home. Petaluma is not the scenic and magical town like Healdsburg, but that's probably what makes this house more accessible and affordable. the town is still quaint and the house is close to everything, literally it's 10 minutes or less to multiple markets, drugstore, and good coffee etc. for our little brood I would have liked to see a gate at the top of the outdoor stairs but this was my only real quibble. Internet was solid, and we ran out of nothing.. plenty of dish soap, TP, etc. We all really loved our stay here and the kids had a blast. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our extended family (6 adults in all) had a wonderful stay in Petaluma for a special family gathering. The house was perfect for our group and we all loved Petaluma and the broader Sonoma County. The hot tub and pool were great, but we especially loved the terrace area on the second floor. We enjoyed both morning coffee as well as stargazing there. Nancy was helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at this wonderful house - it was perfect for a small group of friends touring wine country. Comfortable bedrooms with privacy, and lots of space to hang out together. We spent lots of time on the lovely deck and enjoyed the fire pit and watching the sky. The kitchen is great and well-stocked; the pool and hot tub were big hits, and the lower patio a great place to have dinner. Perfect for dog-owners, too. Very thoughtful all around. And the owner is so pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for 3 senior couples having a family gathering. It was very well stocked and the owner was very responsive. Great experience!

My parents are already planning their next trip to Petaluma and are already talking about reserving this listing again. We are big fans of the fire pit and the deck as a whole as we got to check in on constellations at night and stay nice and warm. Nancy was beyond welcoming helpful and so accommodating.
