We all loved the house. The location is perfect and it is a very spacious home, our party of 10 found it very comfortable. Definitely if we go back we would stay there again.

This was a great place for our extended family of 8 to stay. Very close to Eagle Lodge! Definitely recommended.

We used to own our own home in Mammoth but sold it last year. This was the first time we rented a place in Mammoth for a very long time. It was a beautiful home and we really enjoyed staying here. Vey roomy and the 4 bathrooms was a real plus.

This condo was definitely spacious with plenty of rooms. It could use some updates, the furniture is worn out and kitchen appliances are starting to show their years. Being a year of massive snow amounts there was unexpected leaks in one bedroom. Although very communicative the first day by the host after that we had visitors from property management come by and into the condo with no notice which was not ideal.

This is a perfect place to stay for two families. We were a total of 8. It is a quick drive to Eagle Lodge. Very well kept and perfect for a weekend ski trip.

We loved the layout and feeling of the space. Located in a great complex with plenty of parking on site ( 4 spaces) . Loved having the open space and views around the condo . Everything was in working order as advertised.

Lovely, large home. Comfortable for kids and adults. Proximity to Eagle Lodge skiing was great! Nice private, quiet cul-du-sac that was wonderful for the kids to play on, when we did not ski. Well equipped and cozy!

Went with family for a long weekend. House was spacious and clean. Location is quiet and very relaxing. Plenty of bathrooms and room for everyone. House is on the 18th tee and fun to watch. Great place and would stay again if back in Mammoth.

Had a great stay with family including 5 month old granddaughter. Property on 18th fairway, beautiful pine trees and very large deck. One of the toilets wasn’t working and property manager unable to get parts to fix it during our stay. Otherwise, place was great.

Really enjoyed this property. Had all the comforts of home, stocked kitchen, BBQ, hot tub and super comfortable beds. Very central - 5 min drive to Eagle and a little farther to Canyon. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed the property. It accommodated our large family to all be together in the same living area. It is a great location with good proximity to the slopes and village and shopping.

Our family had a great time on our ski trip to Mammoth. The house was perfect and spacious for our three teenagers. Great location and neighborhood. We can't wait to stay here again.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. House large for entire family and our golden doodle! She liked that the stairs were carpeted. Wood and tile floors in living area great for kids and dog. 5 minutes from lift! Easy drop off for skiers. We cooked every night for the family of 8 and kitchen was big enough for three adults to prep. Love having garage for two cars. Mud room a plus! A few maintenance issues but easily fixed by owner when not occupied.

We had a wonderful stay. When we had questions and emailed the manager, he was in touch w us almost immediately and had answers. The layout of the house is perfect for a group of friends... Bedrooms spaced out, each w bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked.

House was perfect for the 10 of us with ample space. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed as we like to cook. Location is close to Eagle lodge.

Great spot, so convenient to Eagle Lodge and to Main St., would definitely stay again.

Big and comfortable and close to Eagle and Canyon lodges. Check in process was very easy as a passcode was provided to enter the property so we did not have to drive someplace to pick up a key. House was furnished well with a full kitchen with ample dishes, pans etc.. for cooking and eating.. We will definitely be staying here again this winter!

Beautiful quiet setting in the trees, golf course is visible but there is a nice view of trees in front of the golf course. Very comfortable house.

Such a smooth and easy booking and rental process! The home is right on the golf course with a small grassy park next to it. Perfect for letting the dog burn off steam. Location is great! Central to all of the town's key locations. The home is very roomy and was perfect for our family of four. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal and Adam was so professional and timely in his response to getting it fixed. We enjoyed the hot tub-- so easy to use! Also the kitchen is well-stocked. If I have any small recommendations: Kitchen sink was a bit stained. I bought some Ajax and was able to get it looking "like new". Also, the shower in the master bathroom could use some caulking. Small things, but will make a difference. Overall, the house was GREAT! I'm very fussy and was very satisfied. Would definitely book again.

The house is beautiful and very close to Eagle Lodge, just a couple minutes walk to the bus station. The house is well equipped and the bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and really clean. Owner/manager was super responsive to our questions. We would stay here again. Thanks!
