Building renovation works which made it very noisy at times & the radiator incident.

View, possibility to park, white colours in the appartement, bright

The appartement Sleeping couch and 4 chairs are very stained and their covers should be changed. We did not sit without a towel on it. The toilet was cloaked and the owner didn't do anything about it during our entire stay though immediately notified. We had to find temporarily solutions ourselves. No answer or too late answer from the manager. On the third day we noticed a set of key under the door mat in the corridor, ie however wanted could have entered, with our valuables inside. The district is not the best/ safe with 2 burning cars during our stay, motorbike rodeos next to us wanting the cross the pedestrian crossroad while traffic lights were green for pedestrians, etc...
