Great spot in Indian Shores - already miss enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean. Condo is spacious, beds comfortable, views all around. Pool area was perfect plenty of room. Nice to have grills to cook breakfast or dinner while looking at the beach. Will definitely return!

Very nice condo. Very clean and easy to get to snd close to stores and restaurants. Condo was missing beach chairs and an umbrella. Lots of beach gear in closet but most broken. Beach cabanas were available on beach however for $35 per day. Nice pool and hot tub. Overall a very nice place to stay

I gave 4 stars because the living furniture was very uncomfortable and needs to be replace. Other than that, the condo was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo with great views. The beach, pool and hot tub were just steps from the elevator. Many restaurants were within walking distance and had great communication with the Host.

We had a wonderful time. Very clean and cozy Place. Great views. The street right by the house is a little loud and Replacement of some very rusty outdoor furniture would be lovely. We would definitely come again.

Spacious condo. Very good beach access. Well kept grounds. Nicely decorated and cozy. Master bath shower area needs a little TLC and a few other cleaning/maintenance issues. But otherwise just great over all.

Condo and surroundings made for a perfect 5 days for us and kids. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 1st time visiting Indian Shores and it was great! The property was well appointed and had almost everything we needed without ever leaving (aside from buying groceries of course). Beautiful and comfortable furnishing throughout. We can't wait to come back to visit!

The condo was nice and in a great location, the kitchen utensils could use a upgrade. The frying pans are not in very good shape and required a bit of cleaning before we could use them.

Great unit. Well appointed and shows pride of ownership. Very spacious. Three great balconies. Very clean. Great pool and hot tub. Property management is excellent. Very clean and tidy building. Three large televisions in living room and bedrooms. Three Weber BBQs! Easy keyless access. In all, a terrific VRBO!

Top floor, 3 balconies, equipped with the all the necessities. . Looks like the unit is being updated with new TVs. The main room TV did not connect to local cable. Only other issue was ice maker appeared to be frozen. We did not worry about theses minor issues. Overall great property and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Beach Cottage. This unit was spacious and well-equipped. It looked exactly as pictured and was larger than we expected. The entire vibe was upscale beach. The three balconies provided beautiful views of both the Intercoastal and the Gulf. There was plenty of space in the living room/ dining room area to have family over and the furniture was comfortable for everyone. The pack and play in the second bedroom came in handy for naps for my nephew. Access to the beach was super convenient and the beach was gorgeous. On the downside, Verizon cell reception was very poor inside the condo. We plugged in the Internet phones that were provided (thank you so much!) and shared that number with family so they could reach us. Make sure to plug those phones in when you arrive so they have time to charge before you try to use them. Also, It appeared the only way to access the pool is up a steep concrete staircase from the parking garage. It seemed like it would be slippery when wet and I would not recommend the stairs for anyone who has difficulty walking or keeping their balance. Please be aware if you plan to use a pool. The location was close to Park Blvd, which made it easy to get across the Intercoastal. The management team was super helpful and responsive to questions. We had zero issues with the visit. Even with unseasonably cold, rainy, and windy weather, we had a wonderful time and will return.

We only got to stay a few nights after a Universal Studios trip. I wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very nice with a big master bedroom /bath. They included little things that are much appreciated like towels, goggles and sand toys for the kids, extra blankets and pillows and paper towels. The beach was exactly like the picture. We had a great couple of days enjoying the gulf!

The condo looked as good in person as it did in the pictures. We stayed for a long weekend with our kids. Access to the beach was easy, and we could leave our stuff out there all day while we took breaks from the sun or went to the pool. There are plenty of restaurants in the area if you don't want to cook. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants some quality beach time!

Overall this condo was amazing, great layout and spacious. Kitchen was very user friendly, only wished it had a better nonstick skillet. Master bedroom & bath were large. Spare bedroom was nice, but could use a little more beach decor. Property manager was great to work with, answering questions within minutes of me texting him. Easy beach access, nice warm pool and hot tub. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Had a great week! The only real issue we were not happy with was the complex door lock features, had to carry keys everywhere to get in pool elevators and rooms, time to update and get with the times!

Our daughter attended a lacrosse camp nearby. We wanted a place on the beach and this was perfect. Everything in the pictures was accurate. Working with Nick the property manager was great. He was very helpful. We only had some trouble with the family room TV. Other than that everything was great!

We absolutely loved it. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable! The beach access was great! Whatever kind of bed that was we slept in was the best! We didn’t want to leave and definitely will be back. Great memories for me and my family! Thanks!

Clean, beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds. The owners pride of ownership is evident. We loved staying on the beach - the view from the deck overlooking the pool and out to the gulf was awesome. We’ll be back!!

We've stayed at several condos along Gulf Blvd. the past few years and this one is by far our favorite. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Having the kids movies there was a life-saver too when there wasn't anything for them on TV. The only not positive feedback would be that the pillows were not comfortable, but that wasn't a big issue. Considering the amount of units at the location, the pool is not as big as it should be and when we are trying to socially distance it caused some concerns at times, but when it was too crowded there we headed down to the beach so it wasn't an that problematic. Had it been crowded the entire trip, it would have been a bigger issue. My parents stayed with us and also remarked that it was the best place we've stayed. We will definitely keep it as a place for the future.

Wow...is the best way to describe our stay. The condo is absolutely perfect with tremendous views. If you have a family, the condo is a perfect layout for personal privacy with 3 different balconies. My family and I will definitely be back to swim in the ocean during the day and the pool at night. I highly recommend this condo!!!

It was a complete joy from beginning to end, in renting this condo. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and filled with everything you need and more. You open the door and feel at home! I have traveled many places around the world and truly have not experienced the view that awaits you when you walk through the door. The location of this condo is right on a gorgeous beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. If you want to be in heaven, this condo is for you! Just as described. Unit is very clean, well stocked and easily accessible. Most convenient parking space in the complex. Pool and spa are well maintained and always heated. Even with nighttime temps in the upper 30’s we could swim the next day. Beautiful beach and sunsets. Owners are exceptional. We will be back. Thanks for a great time.

The condo was awesome! Location, cleanliness and views. This condo has 3 balconies so you can see from the ocean to the bay. Any questions or concerns, the owners responded within minutes. We have stayed in several different units at Beach Cottage and this one is by far the BEST. And I can't say enough about the owners. Just like their condo, they were by far the BEST. I've never had owners to respond to my questions as quickly as they did. They are very informative and helpful. I hope to be able to stay there again.
