I loved the place, the location and the beach :)

I DID NOT STAY HERE because home is in construction, dirty with trash inside and out. Not sure I was at the right house as there was a gate blocking view. Once I opened it, the first sight was an unpainted garage and a open shed piled with military stuff . The rental company was notified immediately upon my arrival. I requested a full refund because there was no cleaning to do and no tax to collect. Additionally, This was advertised as one bedroom, which it is only a studio loft and 1 bath. I wasn't going to post this or pictures but after several texts and calls to the rental office for a refund, I have no choice

The place was quiet and close to the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to find things.

Some of the windows didn't work and the others were difficult to open. The house is under construction and when we pulled up it looked abandoned and boarded up. After we entered the property we were pleasantly surprised to find a simple and clean place.

The location and kitchen supplies were helpful. Close to Half Moon Bay.

WARNING! This property is advertised on Booking.com as having a separate bedroom, but that is NOT the case. It is a studio. Not only were we disappointed to find out it was not as advertised, but when complaining to the owners and Booking.com, they said they would give us a partial refund because of misconstrued information. However, in the end, it was a lie and we had to pay the full price. If I had known it did not have a separate room, I would have just booked a hotel since that was the whole reason we chose this place. Given what we paid, I am very disappointed in the experience itself and the horrible customer service from all parties involved.

Close to the beach, absolutely beautiful beach. Home was clean and had great style. Very accommodating and relaxing

The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is strong, and though there were a couple of interruptions they were easily and quickly fixed. The hosts are extremely attentive to communications and promptly so. A great 10 days.
