We loved our stay! We visit Florida each year for my daughters end of the season cheer competition each year, and this was by far our favorite place to stay! We had some issues with the property front gate when checking in due to the gate malfunctioning, but that was resolved with a few calls to the rental company and something no one “has control” over. We had no other issues during the stay at all! The master bedroom on the 1st floor gives you privacy, and the other bedrooms are also of a decent size. My sister and her family stayed with my family, and we had 4 adults and 3 kids COMFORTABLY stay… her and her husband also were able to have their own private bathroom as well during their stay. Everything you could need was in the kitchen! The tvs were all able to connect to our streaming services and also were easy to work. The kids enjoyed the game room for the little time we were able to spend in the home. The house was clean… I read other reviews complaining about insects and lizards, we had no issue with any type of insect inside and only spotted a few lizards outside— however; you’re in Florida, that’s GOING to happen. If you leave the doors closed while outside, you won’t have any issues with bugs or lizards inside the home! We wished we had more time off of work to book a longer stay and was sad to leave, we will definitely be looking into availability to stay here again in the future!

Everything was great but we were given the incorrect code in the check in information email for the door lock and it took 4 calls for the service provider to figure out what the issue was. The door to the hous was unlocked when we arrived so we assumed the code that we were given was the correct one until it came time for us to leave to go to one of the theme parks and we couldn’t lock the door. I was in the phone for an hour trying to get someone to tell me that someone would be by to fix it and we locked the front door manually and left through the back door. When we returned we still could not open the door and it took another 3 calls and and 90 mins of us waiting outside for someone tell me that the code was changed. If you rent from Vacasa don’t assume the code to unlock the gate or door is correct. Call to confirm to avoid any frustration.

Property is just plain tired .Needs overhaul. No hi profile toilets which seniors need, when you sit on the sofa’s you sink petty well to the floor and need help getting up. We were 25 days with no laundry waiting for parts, we paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated it took three days for someone to find out what was wrong. The pool area was overrun with geckos, and older ladies think of the as mice and are terrified. We even had geckos in the house. There were 7 tvs but no printed instructions on how to operate them. When we did get them working they kept going off and on sporadically. When we called the cable company we weren’t the subscriber so we go no help. Luckily Christine Harms found how to operate them and gave us a lesson. The last week we had a termite invasion, then the smoke detector went off all one night every minute. It only needed a new battery but without any instructions how Deere we to know how to stop it. We left 2 days early because we had endured enough.

House was big enough for the 10 of us, never felt on top of each other. Kids loved the pool and was close to Disney

The home was very clean and spacious. It was not far from all the attractions and a Publix just down the street made it very convenient for our grocery needs. We would definitely be staying here again.

This home is like a home away from home for us, it has all the amenities anyone can possibly want, plus the beautiful unobstructed sunrise views from the side windows of the house. The pool is so relaxing. Can’t wait to return to this home.

Spacious enough for a large family of 10 so that each had their own space. Game room was a bonus for the kids. Pool area was my morning sanctuary. I read and took a morning swim after a walk or bike ride. In the evening, hot tub with to wind down. Great neighborhood to walk in. Upon arrival we didn't have enough towels but one call to Vacasa resolved it quickly. Great customer service. Home was clean well-maintained and stocked with all amenities. We celebrated a birthday had there was a blender and cake pans to make a home made cake. Home is also close to EVERYTHING- publix, Walmart, dollar general, Vet, Restaurants and 20 minutes from Disney. This was a retreat and just what I needed. Will definitely stay again.

This home is phenomenal. The kids had a blast, between the pool and the game room they always had something to do. I especially loved the margarita glasses. I bought some pool toys and left them so hopefully, they will keep them for other guests to enjoy as well. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice stay close to orlando.

This house was nothing like I expected. The hot tub smelled like the sewer and there were so many flies that one flew in my soda and I drink it! Felt it in my mouth and spit it out and was mortified! We went and night fly spray and fly swatters that we left for the next guest. The kids were getting out of the hot tub smelling like feces. The water was a murky blue green. The game room furniture was ripped and torn up. I had a family of 10 and I was humiliated. Been booking homes for 12 years now and this was the worst experience ever. 1200 dollars down the drain. Oh and I called to complain and they said someone would call in 30 min, It’s been 2 weeks!!

The house was a good fit for our group. The pool and game room were great. The kids enjoyed the massage chair. It would have been perfect if the beds were a better quality.

Spacious, clean home convenient to local supermarket and tourist areas. Easy check in, safe neigborhood. Would recommend and stay here again!!

This home is clean, spacious, beautifully decorated with smart Tv's in every room including the game room. Great for playing pool and watching games. The home is also maintained well. No maintenance issues.. Kids loved the Moana room and Superman rooms. I enjoyed the pool and spa relaxing and reading on the lanai. and the kitchen has all needed amenities. Only missing a Keurig. This home is also close to everything. Walmart, Publix, pharmacies, vet, hospitals restaurants, and of course Disney. Nice neighborhood to walk around in that also includes access to The Marbella subdivision across the street with a playground, basketball, tennis court. We brought our bikes and rode through both neighborhoods. The one issue I did have, I made one call to Vacasa and it was solved immediately. Great customer service.

This property is ok but due some necessary upgrades. Many of the1" mini-blinds are damaged or missing from many of the windows. The Jacuzzi was not hot et all. Railing for the stairway to the 2nd floor is broken. Upstairs air conditioning grill needs cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay, our only wishes were that they had a cooler and beach umbrella for when we went to the shore, those are hard things to bring on the plane with us and last time I rented a house in FL, it had all these things plus more and it was really nice to have it for the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the spacious rooms, perfect for a big family.

Everything but the beds where great. My only complaint would be the beds they are the hardest thing I have ever slept to the point I slept on the couch the last night's we where there to try and get some sleep.
