We recently stayed at this lovely home and had an overall wonderful experience. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and provided all the amenities we could have asked for. The highlight of our stay was definitely the backyard – it was a serene oasis with well-maintained landscaping, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
However, our otherwise perfect stay was marred by one significant issue. Unfortunately, the neighbor next door was extremely difficult. We found it nearly impossible to enjoy the backyard without facing complaints. Despite our efforts to be considerate, it seemed that any outdoor activity was met with discontent from the neighboring property.
While this was a major downside, the charm of the home and its backyard somewhat made up for the inconvenience. We hope future guests will have a smoother experience with the neighbors and be able to fully enjoy all the wonderful features this property has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay celebrating a 70th birthday . The house is close to restaurants and easy to get to. The house has everything you need and a beautiful backyard. The room are large and the beds arevery comfortable.

Had a great time in Fredericksburg. Could of used another bathroom for a four bedroom house but we made it work

Everyone in my party enjoyed staying at this property! The house was very clean and accommodating. We loved the back yard nice place to hangout, bbq and my niece could not stay off the hammock lol would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for us. We had my mother with us who will be 89 in December. The house is one level and easy for her to get around in. It was also very clean inside and out.

This house was great! On the corner, close to town, clean and plenty big for a girls trip. The only issue we had was the neighbor next door verbally harassing us and throwing stuff at the fence when we were outside. Eventually we had to call the police.

We had 8 people to stay the weekend and there was plenty of room. The back yard is great.
Make sure you do not park close to the front of the house next door. The woman looses her mind and says words that should not come out of person's mouth even in front of small children.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was inviting from the moment we walked in. The space is set up with plenty of room for everyone. We slept comfortably on the beds and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking. We had no need to buy any other toiletries as it had everything there already. Our kids really enjoyed the backyard and we all spent some time playing cornhole. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay that was close to everything we wanted to do In Fredericksburg and we will definitely be coming back in the future.

Such a beautiful backyard and nicely appointed house. The only drawback was that the neighbor does NOT LIKE having a vacation rental Nextdoor and at 8:30 pm started his lawnmower just to try to get us to go inside.

My family and friends visited to celebrate my 30th bday. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Check in/out was easy and smooth. The backyard was awesome. It rained pretty hard so it was great to have the covered patio to hang out on. 10/10 will return. Thanks for a great stay!

Coffee and condiments provided. The only negative was a bit of traffic noise starting around 7:00 am from the side street. I definitely would stay here again.

We had a party of 9 fun ladies for a great weekend in Fredericksburg. The house was the perfect fit for our group. The large backyard and Adirondack chairs were nice to sit out and visit. The beds was were comfortable. There was plenty of towels.The house has a cozy feeling to it and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negatives were not having a good wine opener and house keeping didn't leave enough supplies: had only 3 trash bags and 4 rolls of toilet paper. We would rent again. It was a great price for the location and size.

7 of us stayed for company travel. The place was very clean and spacious, the backyard is perfect for grilling.
