Absolutely beautiful! Very clean, beautifully decorated and loved the 3 bathrooms, balconies, community pool! Excellent communication with the owners, they are fantastic! 100% recommend this property!!

Michelle and Barry have a lovely home at Rehoboth Crossing, tastefully decorated and very clean. We enjoy the access to the bike trail from behind the neighborhood and used it every day to ride to Cape Henlopen or Lewes. Michelle was an easy-going host and made the process effortless.

It had everything we needed including paper towels, toilet paper, dish wash soap, soap by every sink and so much more. . It was so clean. We felt very comfortable renting during this Covid time. We loved vacationing there. And we plan on renting this home again next year.

Our 2nd time renting from this owner... their condos are extremely clean and so roomy for our family of 6... we would def stay again and would highly recommend to anyone

It is exactly what I was looking for the townhouse is so much prettier than the pics Master bedroom is on ground floor, Kitchen Living room is on the second floor with patio screen in porch comfortable furniture. The third floor has two rooms with their own bathroom—one bedroom has a porch with two lounge chairs. Close to beach and outlets. CVS right on the corner. The pool is nice but not Huge. The hiking trails on the premises fabulous for biking, walking or running! I wish I could have stayed longer. They had a couple of beach chairs; which was great! I highly recommend this townhouse!

This house was so perfect for my family of 6 adults and 2 infants! The host always responded quickly and made sure we didnt need anything. The house was sparkling clean and had way more space than I was expecting. Would definitely stay here again :)

We hadn’t been back home for 10 years. We were looking for a place that felt cozy and comfortable. This home did not disappoint. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat and enjoy each other’s company. The house was exceptionally clean. Would love to stay here again.

Great location. Easy access to beaches as the property has an access road beside it that lets you bypass the light to get to the main drag of beach locations. I would highly recommend this property. It is very well taken care of and everything is beautiful and comfortable. One of the best proprieties I have stayed at in my many years of travel. My whole family loved it.

We had a great experience with this property! The owner was very responsive and informative. The property was very clean, nice accommodations and plenty of room for our family. The location is great as it is close to beach access points, the boardwalk, restaurants and the outlets. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to others.

We enjoy staying here for our Rehoboth vacations. It’s spacious, bright, well-stocked, has a large updated kitchen and very nice beachy decor. The furniture is comfortable and the large screened porch is perfect for coffee, reading and family time. Access to the wooded trail is a plus.
