Our family enjoyed spending time at the pool and the beach was just a short walk. Location was great and weather was beautiful!

Fantastic place. We were there for Bike Week and it was nice to be stay away from Main Street and the noise friends were there working the motocross. Very relaxing especially with the pool. Ever you need is there. Including some baby furniture. Will definitely stay again Phylliss was always there if we needed anything. Very easy to get along with her

Phyllis is fantastic, and the location of this home can't be beat! You walk just a few steps to the end of the street for the sunrise at the beach, and then you go to the other end of the street for the sunset on the river. We cooked many meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and we really enjoyed sitting outside by the pool. The little room by the front door now has a small dining table and chairs (not the couch and table as pictured), which is GREAT because it was too chilly on a few days to eat our meals by the pool. It is so close to all the "action" but really feels tucked away and cozy just like the description says. You will have a great time in this home!

Location and atmosphere can’t be beat, not to mention the amazing folks in Ormond Beach. You won’t meet a nicer group of people. House is an oasis of calm with charm galore, and Phyllis is an excellent host. We will be back!

This was a working vacation for us, and everything was perfect. Internet is extremely fast, and we worked outside most of the time. Amazing place. This area is underrated. 5 minute walk to the nearest beach entry, with lifeguard stand. We found excellent bars and restaurants no more than 10 minute walk. Pool area is amazing! Pool was refreshing and clean. AC and house were very nice and stocked well. We spent the majority of our time by the pool. Extremely safe area as well… we walked back from the sea drift sports bar late every night. Great sea breeze as well!

This house was perfect for our family vacation (2 kids under 12 and our dog). The house was very clean, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in Ormond Beach. We loved the beautiful pool and backyard, and you can't beat the location. A short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store. Phyllis was an exceptional host, she was very responsive and thoughtful. She recommended activities and restaurants for us to check out while we were in town. The property is perfectly sized for a family. We have 2 daughters and my mother-in-law stayed comfortably. The property is very clean and landscaped well. The property owner was super responsive to everything, including needing a slow cooker for the stay! Check-out was a breeze. Everything we could ask for was covered. My favorite part of the stay was the outdoor shower. Absolutely loved the change of pace with the quality of the showerhead. Yes, there is an indoor one, but I have one of those at my house. There are bicycles, games, pool toys, beach chairs, and even a metal detector! The location is only a 3-minute walk to the beach, and that is from the front door to the sand. You can park your car there too, but I don't want that in my car. The washer and dryer helped keep dirty clothes to a minimum so when we return home, I don't start a huge wash day. We grilled out 3 nights in the week we were there. Location is great. You are so close to the sand. There is a grocery store 4 minutes away. Parks are all around. We had several good hikes that were not too strenuous. I would also add that the Ormond Beach area was VERY dog friendly. 10 minutes North on A1A, Flagler allows dogs on the beach but has to be South of the water tower. There is parking right by the stairs to get to the beach. I would definitely stay again, no questions asked.

Our group - all over 40 and not exactly rowdy - have been going to BiketoberFest since 2014...there were 6 of us on this trip and we usually stay somewhere between Flagler and Ormond...the location for this house is GREAT...not far from the action and in a neighborhood that when you're ready to sleep, you can sleep...it's an older community and quiet...the back yard is definitely the selling point with plenty of space and plenty of nice chairs to sit around and enjoy each other's company...PLUS a well maintained pool...the bedrooms are spacious...but the twin beds are very firm...definitely kids beds...the master and other bedroom are comfy...the only downfall is that there is only one shower / tub combo...there is a half bath with toilet and sink so after someone showers they can finish getting ready in there if needed...there are mirrors, although a bit dusty, in the bedrooms and a door mirror so the women in our group were good with that...with the 6 of us we really didn't run into any issues with only one inside shower though...if needed there was a shower outside and with Florida weather who wouldn't want to take a shower outside...it really wasn't a big deal and definitely not a deal breaker...with 6 showers each morning we did not run into any running out of hot water issues....the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels, etc...once we figured out the WiFi our Amazon Firestick worked perfectly for the only large, flatscreen TV in a well furnished living area with plenty of places to sit...our overall experience was great and worth a 4 to 5 star rating for an older rental home! Thank you Phyllis for accommodating us.

We had a wonderful experience! The backyard is an oasis that provides a perfect escape. In addition, Phyllis is an incredible host. She stocks the house with everything you need. It feels like you are staying in her home. She was incredibly responsive to any and all of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The property was very well maintained. Pool and outside area was clean and tidy. The walk to the beach was short and easy to get to. In summary, this was a fantastic location for a family vacation. Phyllis was extremely helpful and friendly to work with.

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was very clean and a perfect size for us and our three kids. It was so close to the beach and the pool was a perfect way to end the day after going to the beach. Phyllis was always available with any problems or questions. We had an issue with the grill not working and within 20 minutes of telling her she had delivered a brand new grill for us. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful place, with fantastic outdoor space including a great pool, and plentiful seating. Inside, there's a well equipped kitchen, and great living room. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the beach so easy to access. There's plenty to do in the area and was a lovely place to stay. Phyllis, the host, wants to make your stay great and is available for help and info as needed.

Phyllis' beach house was absolutely gorgeous. We had everything we wanted and then some. Walking distance to a beautiful, uncrowded beach and a refreshing pool in the backyard. I love surf fishing and caught a bunch! Bluefish, whiting, pompano, pinfish even a baby hammerhead (all safely released). The kitchen amenities were perfect, I didn't need to buy a thing in order to cook some of my families favorite meals. The house was roomy and furnishings were very comfortable. A/C ice cold. The area around Ormond Beach was filled with a varied selection of trendy restaurants. There are shops within walking distance. Our host, Phyllis, was responsive and communicative, and arranged for same day service when there was a minor pool issue, and provided us great local insight into the surrounding area. I can't wait to visit her beach house again!

While we were close to both the beach @ waterway we enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool the most. It was such a beautiful, relaxing spot. Phyllis was very attentive and genuinely wanted our group to have a great time. We would definitely return.

Overall, a nice little house with a great backyard. We primarily lived in the backyard with the pool and nice lounging furniture. Quick walk to both the beach and a little pier looking over the bay, grocery store really close. Small issues with a housekeeping that Phyllis quickly took care of. Note there is no dishwasher, that was the only item we overlooked. Overall, we loved our time and found it very relaxing!

Our family just spent a week at this home and it was just what we needed! The location is perfect and the beach is far enough away from the major crowds... very short walk to be on the beach, just a tiny bit further walk to watch the sunset over the intercoastal, and we walked to grab dinner and drinks down A1A at the Beachside Brew Pub. After coming back from the beach, it was time to just hang out in the pool and grill dinner in the backyard oasis most nights. Phyllis was awesome... she stopped by shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was just right. She also gave us many great recommendations for food and things in the area. She even sent us flyers during the week of activities that were going on in the area for our kids. The home was great and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and tons of towels for pool and beach time. If you are looking for a great beach vacation, this is the spot for you. Our family will certainly look to get back to this home in the future!

If we needed something, Phyllis responded immediately. She was also super-easy to work with. We love how convenient the house was to everything. My husband surfed or paddled every day, and we loved going to the river for sunsets. We are already missing it and trying to figure out when we can make our next visit.

Very comfortable three bedroom home with an amazing private pool oasis in backyard. Great location - Just steps from the beach and the intercoastal. Well stocked with everything you need to spend time at the house or go to the beach with. Towels, boogie boards, surf boards, even wet suits with a cart to put stuff in! Ormond Beach has so many quaint little bars and restaurants so there is always something to do! Definitely recommend this place!
