El hotel es fantástico, cómodo,super limpio.personal muy muy amable.

Lo único que no se podía utilizar el parking del hotel, creo que están de obras. En otras ocasiones lo solicitamos ,es de pago. Por comodidad merece la pena el del hotel. Tuvimos que utilizar el el parking de la aduana,queda un poquito alejado. También es de pago.

Café da manhã muito bom. Localização excelente, na beira do Rio Douro. Lindo hotel. Quartos amplos e decoração de bom gosto. Merece nova visita.

No banheiro, a vazão de água do chuveiro não é boa. Além disso, a água esquentava de repente e vazava água do box. Avisei à recepção no chek out.

Banheiro péssimo tem vazamento do box para as demais áreas !! Tivemos que trocar o quarto e no segundo quarto hou novamente o vazamento !!!

Hôtel todo nuevo. el más importante hotel ecológico de Portugal. hay otro en Lisboa ponen a disposición bicis gratuitas para pasear por todo Oporto. personal muy agradable. decoración Preciosa. tranquilo y silencioso. nuestra habitación da a la parte interior , que es una antigua iglesia todo de piedra . el desayuno continental estupendo 😋

This hotel is nicely located by the river, it's away from all the hustle and bustle and about a 15/20 minute stroll to the Riberia district and about 30 mins if you are wanting to cross over the river. We really didn't mind as it's a beautiful walk. A big bonus of this hotel is the sky bar which has stunning views and is open until midnight on weekdays and 1am on weekends. We had a snack at the sky bar but didn't try the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful, if a little busy at times. Our room was a good size and modern. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was good. There were nice touches such as a welcome note and pastries. There is also an internal court yard area where you can relax with a book, it is in the shade which was great as it was very hot in Porto in October!

So given it was very hot, the air con was disappointing. It just did not cool the room efficiently. We found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful, although we bought a tour which included 3 parts from reception and their knowledge and advice about how to undertake different aspects of the tour was not good. Different staff members provided different information, it felt as if it shouldn't have been this difficult, and we ended up trying to cram several things into the last afternoon. Although on the whole the hotel seemed very clean, perhaps a little more attention to detail in cleaning the bedrooms as certain areas were quite dusty.

Gut geeignet für einen Städtetrip. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück! Großes und sehr sauberes, gut klimatisiertes Zimmer, aber leider nach hinten mit Blick in den Hinterhof, dafür aber sehr ruhig.

Die in der Nähe des Hotels liegende Bushaltestelle wird oft überfahren und ausgelassen, so dass darauf kein Verlass ist. Da bleibt nur das Taxi oder zu Fuss.Im Hochsommer bei fast 40 Grad und den vielen Treppen nicht so toll!

It is in an excellent location. The room was very comfortable and clean. A good choice of foods at breakfast.

Spent our first two days here in Porto. We had to leave our VRBo the first day because of mold and the hotel welcomed myself and my family back for a wonderful week! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Best rooftop bar, too. We will be back to stay here and highly recommend!

Excellent location. Accomodating and very informative staff eager to maximize the Porto experience. Davy at the front desk provided excellent recommendations for activities/sightseeing/shopping.

Breakfast was perhaps over-priced and coffee was average at best. But hotel buffet breakfasts are not my favorite. It's hours of availability were good.

Parking being pricey for a hotel that's already pricey us not cool. I've stayed in higher end hotels and parking was complimentary. I don't appreciate being nickel and dimed. Also the reception staff is a bit too casual. One guy was going into some personal stories for over 5 min while I was waiting g to check in. He saw me there but just kept talking about places he liked in Porto. It felt unprofessional

Large, comfortable room, 6 foot bed, and our room had a south facing balcony. The breakfast was excellent. It's by the river about a 15-minute walk to the centre of the city. Lovely rooftop terrace bar.

I had made a reservation for the dinner at their Arraial de São João and when I got there it was not available. Nothing was said or made to fix the problem.
