Location is really great and the town is nice. The property is overall really nice, roomy, and extremely clean. Host was awesome.

at times we could smell cigarette smoke that was drifting up from the street, we didn't run A/C much because it wasn't needed, but that could help the situation with the smoke. I think the second bedroom door handle is broken, at one point someone was stuck in the room and had to be let out by another person on the outside.

Location is wonderful and right in the centre of Merida City - and is perfect for walking everywhere. Cleanliness of apartment was excellent as was the size of the apartment. A large master bedroom, good size second room and a lounge area for relaxing. The host is amazing and nothing is too much trouble.

The apartment comes with a little oven only. Not a big issue for me and still worked for what we needed but it would be difficult to cook any big meals in the oven for a family.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, central, a lot of light and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very complete. 2 large bathrooms with bathtubs. Nice L Shape soda bed in the large living room. The 2 bedrooms are large with huge wardrobes. The heating/cooling via air dutcs is extremely efficient. Santos (the host) met us at the front of the building and did our check-in very smoothly. He was very attentive and friendly providing a lot of tips. The communication prior and during our stay was very easy, in Spanish, English and Portuguese! We stayed during the new year's eve and he surprised us with a bottle of Cava, grapes and champagne flutes so we could welcome 2022! We were in three and We highly recommend it

There is bit of noise coming from the bar downstairs into one of the rooms. But the bar closes around 1am. So it not so bad. The other room is dead silent.

the location of the apartment was excellent for getting to the main sites we were interested in visiting. The person who met us Santos was very informative about the apartment and the visitor attractions in Merida. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Santos was on hand to help when needed and was very attentive to our requirements.

Because there was quite a lot of work being done on the roads surrounding the property it could be noisy but this is obviously only a temporary problem as the when the works are completed this will stop.

Perfect host. Excellent location in center of Merida. Spacious and quiet apartment.
