I used to visit Sarasota every year before COVID and stayed at same house every time. But owner closed out the business so I had to find a new place to stay. It’s located 15-20 mins walk from downtown. Apartment was bit old but it was clean. Good set of kitchen appliances which was good for my family. Beach towels and beach chairs are available. Only thing you need to be careful is not to lock the glass door inside. We had difficult time opening it once locked. Washers and dryers are coin operated. My family enjoyed staying and we would defensively visit again

The apartment was very comfortable in every way. Charming neighborhood, close to Lido Key. Actually one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and really great beach chairs. I only contacted the host once and they answered immediately.

We enjoyed the location. The outside of the condo was more run down than expected. The inside was nothing fancy but it worked. It was clean and beds were comfy.

A nice and clean apartment in the heart of downtown Sarasota. Very close to restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries and marina. A short drive to the beaches.. This is a good place.

We wanted to stay in the area for the weekend and visit friends. The location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. We found a nearby restaurant (The Fountain) where we grabbed a late night drink after dinner in the city. There was also a neighborhood coffee shop that we stumbled on. Great communication from landlord. The condo ended up being ready early. They called and notified us. They also gave us a heads up that the AC wasn’t working but they had someone on the way. It was fixed before we even arrived!!! Would definitely stay again when we want a staycation.

This was a nice convenient location. The exterior of th complex needs an uplift and living room area could use a rug and comfortable chair, but overall it met my needs!

We stayed two nights. Perfect for four adults. Easy parking. Location was great. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet. Just a short 10 minute drive to Lido Beach.

Condo has everything you need. Walkable to downtown Sarasota and Bayfront Park.Tupperware containers made taking lunch to the beach a breeze. And the beach chairs were an added bonus.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and the amenities supplied. This location makes it so easy to walk into Main St and dine. Also very close to the Marina which we rode our bikes to almost every day.
