The location of this property is great. There is no air conditioning. For this time of year that is OK but I wouldn’t stay here in the heat of summer. The windows open but have no screens which again for this time of year not terrible. The main issue was the shower was broken. We called the property management company and they said they would but in an urgent request…. Shower remained broken our entire stay.

Rental process was very easy. Check in was very easy with timely delivery of codes for access and parking instructions. Apt was smack dab in the middle of the cutest downtown area. In spite of that it wasn’t noisy or annoying. The apt was well stocked for cooking even though we didn’t (I had to check out the supplies anyhow!). The bed was comfy. No AC in the unit (in case you miss seeing that in the ad) but there are fans out and extras in the closet. We were here mid August and with windows open and fans on low, we were super comfortable. It was definitely not hot at all. The town is great and this is a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay with easy parking and the benefit of being over a great breakfast place! We would book again if we come back to Frisco.

We loved the location of the property - right on main street - walking distance to everything. The trade-off was that the property is literally above a breakfast restaurant - with the smells from the kitchen starting early morning - not pleasant. There is no air conditioning in the property - so keeping the windows open was a must - but there were no screens on the windows so we were torn between letting the bugs in and keeping cool. The property was tidy, but in need of a good, deep clean. Overall, it was just ok. I think we could have done much better for the price we paid.

Be aware that there is no air conditioning and it gets incredibly hot in the afternoon and mornings. Our 3 month old was struggling to nap because it was over 80 degreee. We were also disappointed with the level of cleanliness as there was a think layer of dust on a shelf in the bathroom, dust on the tv console and a fan that hadn't been used in years and had clumps of thick black dust hanging off the blades. I'm assuming someone brought the fan out of storage because of the heat but it is so dirty that it is unusable.

Location was super. In middle of Frisco and above the Bread+Salt cafe. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The view out of the second story windows was awesome. Would gladly stay there again.

the place is situated in the perfect spot right central in frisco, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. great coffee & breakfast burritos 1 block away and the hot tub was right at the front door. would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed in the condo for a week to escape the Vegas heat. The condo was clean, as described, and the location was perfect on Frisco's main street to shop and walk to restaurants and for enjoying the surrounding attractions in the Rocky Mountains.

The location is perfect! Great space for small family!

Very clean, centrally located unit right in the heart of Main St. Frisco. Close to everything, yet still quiet and private. We had an excellent stay and could not have asked for a better unit. Will definitely be back!

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway with a small group! Three of us stayed here, and we had plenty of space with the queen bed and a pullout couch. There was also room for a blowup mattress or two if you have more people! I stayed in in a different unit in the same complex a few years ago, so when I found this unit in the same complex for our weekend in Frisco/Breck, it was perfect! The location is RIGHT on Main Street, above Salt, which is a great breakfast place. I love the easy access to restaurants, stores, and the free bus to Breck. Piper was super helpful and emailed me with great instructions on how to get to and into the condo. It was actually bigger than we expected based on the photos, so we had plenty of space! Highly recommend!

Well kept and stocked property in a perfect location in Frisco

This is a great apartment right in the center of town so it's convenient to everything. You can walk to the marina and take a ferry shuttle to Dillon, enjoy the nightlife, and have a great view. The condo is quiet for being right in town. We just loved everything about it. The hostess is great as well. I would highly recommend staying here.
