Fabulous central Bath location. Ideal for family/friend get-aways. Good entertaining spaces; kitchen & lounge, plus courtyard garden. 5 mins walk into central Bath made it a great no-drive holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Visited for a party in the area and loved the location of the house. Weather was good, so we were able to make use of the gorgeous courtyard. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it ideal for 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen and well appointed bedrooms and living room.

We took a vacation with our two adult sons and daughter-in-law. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which gave wonderful privacy and the family/living room on the second floor was a wonderful gathering spot for together time, a nice place to read or watch TV at the end of a busy day. The location is perfect…walking distance to so many Bath attractions, pubs, shops, grocery store. Bath Holiday Rentals is very responsive to any inquiries. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and would stay here again if we return to Bath. The only caveat is that there are a lot of stairs within the home (one bedroom is on each floor), so if stairs are an issue for more than one couple, this may not be the place to stay.

Fantastic location in centre of Bath! House is comfortable and has lots of the appliances need for an easy stay. Maybe decor needs a little T&C (eg grouting in bathrooms a little tired) but overall, it’s a great place.

Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed abroad. Clean. Perfect location. Parking. Perfect for three couples or family.

We loved the property as we had busy days on a business trip and a great place to hang out in the mornings and evenings. Relaxing environment and plenty of space for the 3 of us with our own bedroom and bathrooms. Well stocked and having the outdoor space was fab - although it rained the days we were there.
