Vores familie bestående af ialt 16 personer, bedsteforældre, børn, svigerbørn og børnebørn har netop haft en fantastisk uge i denne suverænt lækre villa. Med tre småbørnsfamilier er huset fantastisk fordi det er så rummeligt, såvel indendørs som udendørs. Indendørs var det store velindrettede køkken praktisk og de mange soveværelser så fint anvendelige. Udendørs var den meget store terrasse med legemuligheder og poolen et for os fast samlingssted til glæde for alle aldre. Det, de store børnebørn vil huske, tror vi, er den aften de spontant fik væltet de fleste forældre samt vi to bedsteforældre med alt tøjet på i poolen😊 Det helt vidunderlige ved denne villa er desuden beliggenheden: lige ud til havet. Havudsigt er for de fleste i vores familie en lise for sjælen. Stranden som man så bare kan gå lige ned til er stenet. Vi fandt små steder, hvor de små børn kunne stable og lege med sten og vi voksne få en fantastisk badetur i klart havvand. Det tager 10 minuttet i bil til en ren sandstrand, når vi ønskede det. Vi havde en god relation til ejeren, Robert, som både var hjælpsom og gav os relevante informationer. Vi kan varmt anbefale Villa Amerador til en storfamilietur👍 Hanne og Jørgen fra Odense.

The villa is amazing. Spacious very clean with all the amenities needed in a home from home.Comfortable beds Plenty of bathrooms . With lots of outdoor space the grounds, garden and large pool ,are all well maintained. The vast space that contains the pool has a covered terrace to sit .Plenty of chairs tables and loungers.We could observe our grandchildren in the pool from all angles (a bonus ). However what made our holiday was the breathtaking sea view .Cool breezes Brilliant sunshine all our family enjoyed it immensely.We will return .

With 10 adults and 7 kids in the ages from 2 months up to 14 years we spent a week together in these fantastic houses. The glassed poarch was very valuable during the windy days, the kitchen was well equiped and the view was fantastic. The surroundings was a bit off from shops and bars but the tram to Alicante or Benidorm stops only 5-10 minutes walk from the house. With a so many people we needed a car for shopping groseries but luckily two parking spots inside the gates was included. Would love to come back again.

A group of us, varying ages from around 45-89 enjoyed the house very much. There is plenty of room for everyone, in fact we had a few spare beds. The terrace is huge - the pool is a good size, and on the really hot days there are several shady areas which make being outside a pleasure. There is a tram line within 10 minutes walk which runs down to Alicante and up to Benidorm (Benidorm is around 45 minutes, Alicante around 30 minutes), so if you want a dose of crowded streets, take a ride! Our group went in both directions although not at the same time, and found it easy to find, easy to pay (you pay on the tram) and it ran regularly. Robert the owner will give you a timetable as you arrive. The area around the house is mostly modern suburbs, so this is not a villa to book for the view at the back. However, the view at the front, overlooking the Med, is a pleasure to get out of bed for. We saw several wonderful sunrises. Safe too for small children as the terrace and pool area is completely secure unless you leave a gate open. There's also a covered eating area outside, so breakfast there if you can. Owner Robert is really professional and will go through details and your contract at top speed. But he also is available at any time by phone (or rather by "whatsapp", which he installed on the Luddite's phone in double quick time!). He helped us too by suggesting a local taxi firm who picked us up from the Airport, and did shopping runs on a daily basis plus a night run to Alicante for a meal out. Robert arranged for them to hold our luggage on our last day between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm as we had "free time" before we had to get to the airport. We were dropped in Alicante for the day, and picked up exactly where we were dropped off and the luggage was in the back awaiting us. Taxis in this area are not expensive, so we took advantage of them. If you want to go shopping or eating, either a car, or take a taxi. We arrived and left by taxi and did all the shopping too, so it can be done. Robert explained to us that we should leave things as clean as we found them...... we found an uncleaned BBQ, and several plates and bowls put away not washed. We did a little better ourselves when we left! The only complaint from our group was over the pillows. We didn't ask the owner to buy new ones for us, but perhaps in the winter season an upgrade would be a good idea, as I spent a week with mine folded in half and wrapped in a towel to keep it there.

There was ample room for everyone. The children loved the swimming pool, & being able to swim in the evenings. We travelled everywhere on the tram, very cheap & not far to walk to. I highly recommend this Villa.

We have just returned from this fabulous villa. 14 members of our family celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The villa is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. It is situated on the beach with incredible sunrises from the terrace. It is the ideal place for large family parties to have a wonderful holiday. Robert the owner was very professional and he was on hand to help with any questions we had. We will definitely return in the future and will be recommending it to all our friends. 15 members of my family ranging from 1 to 62 years old stayed in this beautiful villa. The property is very spacious, very well equipped and ideal for large parties. The large garden houses a fantastic swimming pool, lots of garden furniture and beautiful views out to sea. We all managed an early start to see the sun rising from the balcony. The villa is set in a quiet spot, is very private and very secure. A local tram is only a few minutes walk from the property and takes you south to El Campello and Alicante and north to Benidorm. The owner Robert was friendly and welcoming and readily available if there were any problems. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week of luxury and would highly recommend this property

What can I say? My family and I rented this fabulous villa last summer and this summer we went back. We are totally in love with this place! The location right on the beach, the spacious houses and garden, the lovely pool, the sunrise in The Mediterranean, the moon rising from the same lovely sea! Fantastic! We where three families and all together 14 people who had 2 lovely weeks in this marvelous villa. The tram is a 5 minutes’ walk away from the villa, and it’ll take you quick and safe to both Alicante and Benidorm so there is easy access of all amenities and shopping. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in a safe environment. Thanks to Robert and his lovely wife!

We rented Roberts villa for a double 40th birthday celebration. This holiday and villa was fantastic.  The accommodation is first class with plenty if space for large groups. The view is spectacular from the balcony and we have great memories of the sunrise emerging from the sea.  The villa is away from the hustle and bustle making for a great place to relax. However the ideal transport links to El Campello, Alicante or Benidorm in the other direction make it easy to access the nightlife.  We will all remember this trip with fond memories and look forward to a return trip in the near future. 

Ich habe die Abschlussreise im Jahr 2012 für meine Klasse organisiert. Uns war wichtig, dass wir uns in einem Haus frei bewegen können. Dieses Haus fanden wir in der Nähe von Alicante... Die Villa war in einem Topzustand und wir hatten alles was unser Herz begehrte. Die Küche war sehr modern eingerichtet und das riesen Wohnzimmer hatte Platz für 15 Personen. Auf der überdeckten Veranda konnten wir alle gemeinsam essen und auf der Terrasse hatten wir perfekte Sicht auf das Meer. Im grossen Swimmingpool konnten wir uns erholen und abkühlen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war super. Der Pool wurde regelmässig und unauffällig gewartet. Es war einfach ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und ich würde die Villa jeder grösseren Gruppe empfehlen. Jedoch ist es von Vorteil ein Auto zu mieten, was wir bei einem lokalen Anbieter zu günstigen Konditionen gemacht haben. Mit der SB ist man innert etwa 15 Minuten in Alicante City, ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ausflug. Vom Flughafen Alicante ist die Villa etwa 20 Minuten entfernt und wir fuhren mit dem Taxi dort hin. Nur weiter zu empfehlen, war eine unvergessliche Reise.

We have just returned from a perfect holiday in wonderful Villa Amerador, which is without question one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. We spent most of our time relaxing by the lovely pool or eating/drinking on the splendid terrace. The kids also enjoyed the spacious outdoor areas where they could play football,hide and seek and so on. The spectacular location are quite literally breathtaking and will live long in our memories. The owner was easy to contact and helpful both before we arrived and during the stay. Thanks to Robert and his lovely wife! I could not recommend this villa highly enough. It is perfect for big families/parties where it is spacious enough to not be treading on each other toes, but at the same time has both indoor and outdoor sociable dining areas for spending time together. My mum and dad, my two sisters with their families and me and my family, all together 8 adults and 8 kids are already longing to go back to Villa Amerador!

We had 13 amazing days at this Villa. Perfect in all ways. Laidback and perfect when you have kids. Fantastic view from the front of the house. We had many nice evenings at the front of the house, and we saw the red moon rised from the ocean. Beautiful ! The landlord, Robert was very helpful duiring our stay. I will strongly recommend this Villa to all of my friends and family. And I strongly believe we will be back some day.

This house is just amazing. The view is absolutely stunning, and the location on the Amerador beach is perfect. We were four families - including 8 adults and 8 children. The houses are very well equiped and very tastefully decorated, and the size on the house and the outdoor areas is very well suited for many people. We loved that the beach were so quiet and laidback, and strongly recommend to visit the beach bar for ice creams during day time, and for a Mojito at night. :-) We hope to be back next year and strongly recommend this house.

This is a beautiful house, in a beautiful place!! If you are looking for an amazing, relaxing vacation...this is it. We were We were 4 adults, and 11 children in a wide range of ages, and could not have been MORE satisifed!! Loved the pool, and location....RIGHT on the beautiful mediterranean...the veiw is breathtaking!! The owner was easy to contact, and very helpful. We would strongly reccommend this property.....we WILL be back!!:)

Our vacation it was wonderful! Very comfortable house and the hospitable owner which did everything that to us it was convenient. A wonderful panorama and the warm sea. ???? together 12 persons, 6 children and a dog. The place was all, all felt at home! Completely a country house with all conveniences - fine vacation spot. Villa Amerador is actually located in a perfect location. You are really above the beach. The house is very well equipped and very spacious. We had a perfect stay with totally 12 people (3 families). Also the guest house is very complete and well decorated. The attention of the owner was excellent with all kind of recommendations and advice. We will return for sure because for large groups this house is ideal. Thanks Robert, everything was perfect, including the weather.

If you´re looking for PARADISE on earth, THIS IS IT ! ! ! ! Had the best Easter with my whole family (16 people), and everything was PERFECT ! ! ! This place is a true sanctuary... - it just makes you lean back and relax. ALL about the house is truely LUXURY. The decor is up-scale and makes you feel "at home" right away. Everything you need is here. Fully equiped ( and I mean FULLY) kitchen. Even if you want to barbeque, it´s all there !!!! Truely a place to bring your family or friends !!!!!! Very nearby you have the beautiful city of El Campello.... Here you´ll find great shops and restaurants. ( may I recommed the restaurant BREL on the promanade. Amazing food, and super service !!!! ). You´re also just 20 minutes away from ALICANTE ( by the "right-next-door mono-rail), and here you´re in one of Spain´s metropoles.... You can really shop-till-you-drop or spend your savings at the CASINO. Whatever you are looking for tranquillity or "cosmopolitan living", this is your place. Your "landlord" Robert will provide you with all you need. Your wish is his command!!!! He will help you with EVERYTHING!!!!! To conclude it all, I can only say: We will be coming back, and back, and back, and back....... Try PARADISE, it´s right here........
