Wonderful house and great location! My family loved it and we will definitely be back!

We rented this home for our wedding and reception. We have 6 kids between the the two of us and one grandbaby. There wasn’t a thing the host didn’t think about! We never found ourselves needing anything and family couldn’t stop complementing the home! From the decor to the the location, this place is top notch! 10 star rating!!!we did struggle with some communication initially. That was the only complaint.

House is beautiful. Location is wonderful. Sand inside refrigerator shelves. Every towel and washcloth smelled of mold, like they weren’t dried completely before being put away. Trash and bottle caps in front and backyard (we cleaned up). We had to rewash and dry all towels. We just found out we’re being charged (almost 2 weeks after stay) for a chair that we did not use, because it had wobbly legs. Furniture looked dirty, we found 17 beer bottles, cans and food wrappers in the patio furniture on the balconies when we first got to property. We assumed the property manager was aware of the state of her property, not that we’d be charged for her damaged goods. Our daughter got married 2 days after we arrived and we just didn’t want to dampen her happy times with complaining about the property. Slide out trash can in cabinets didn’t close properly The list goes on. Sheets in daybed had some sort of blue stains on them… on and on. Very suprised owner is trying to charge us for her used and damaged furniture.

My friends and I stayed here for our spring break vacation and we had such a wonderful experience! The house is gorgeous, with great views of the water! The public beach access was a short 3 minute walk from the house, and the included bikes and beach chairs were a great plus. The hosts were very good at communicating with us and were very nice. We went to Juana's Pagodas multiple times, which was about 2 miles from the house, the food was amazing and we had a blast playing sand volleyball. Overall, this beach house is wonderful for a big group of friends/family to stay in and we made so many great memories.

This is a nice house, but it’s sad that they aren’t taking better care of it! The sheets and bed spread in the master bedroom were very dirty.. 2 other bed spreads had stains on them.. one was even blood stains, easily noticed on a white and blue striped spread. In between bed frame and box spring on the sides of the master bed was a build up of dirt that could have easily been vacuumed out. All of the bathroom rugs were dirty. We had 3 extra garbage bags in the kitchen for 14 people for 5 days. 2 kitchen towels and no dish cloth. They have lots of kettles. They do have a lot of beach stuff and bikes downstairs so that is very nice… even a wagon to carry chairs etc to the beach & to haul your stuff in.The elevator was a big plus for people that can’t do stairs. And it is neat that you can actually see the beach because of the empty lot across the road. The set up on the top floor is not the best for 3 families as 2 of the bedrooms have doors into the same bathroom. It would work great for parents and children, but we had 3 families up there, so one had to use the bathroom off the kitchen and that has a free standing sink, so not any counter top. It did have a very musty smell.. especially noticed it right at the top of the stairs from the basement and it almost looked like mildew growing in the top corner of the master shower. I think with a little tlc this could be the best! We had a lot of fun! Love the open floor plan!

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our family vacation with enough space for everyone. The living/kitchen area was perfect for the adults and the kids loved the basement!

Perfect venue for our daughter’s beach wedding! Plenty of room and everything was just beautiful. Great beach access and the water was crystal clear!

Our family just loved staying here so much! What precious memories we have! We had 3 families and Nana, with 8 little cousins! The house is absolutely beautiful, tons of room, and we loved relaxing on the front porch, eating meals together, and the kids all loved all of the sand toys, and the ping pong table! We all loved the beach so much, the walk to it is very short, but we also rented a golf cart, which was great with all the little kids and Beach stuff! We also rented several chairs and umbrellas, and that was so nice to have set up each morning. The water was crystal clear all week, and such a beautiful blue! So many sweet memories, we can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect for our large families. Short walk to beach, shower off in basement before coming up, ping ping, kids space and large living area where we played games and watched TV.

We absolutely loved this property. Location, floor plan, closeness to the beach, stores and away from the crowds. This was ideal for my adult children and their families and I to get together and spend some quality time. We cooked big meals in the equipped kitchen, slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds and took advantage of the bicycles and beach toys. Looking forward to doing this again.

We stayed for our wedding, had plenty room for the family & kids. Great location. It was three houses down from one of the beach entrances. Everything was clean when we checked in and had plenty of amenities. The house stayed nice and cool especially with the Florida heat. The elevator was a nice feature especially when it came to needing to carry in groceries or our luggage up the stairs. Will definitely recommend to our friends who are looking to stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and accommodating for at least 12 guests. We struggled having enough towels for everyone, even though my husband and I shared. It was a bummer that we could not check in until 5:00 pm and had to be out by 9:00 am. Otherwise, we had a nice time! The beach access is close by and the beach was beautiful! The house was really nice and decorated well. We enjoyed playing ping pong and sitting on the balconies/porches.

This house has everything for a large family wanting some beach time. Close to the beach. Great layout. Late afternoon check-in/early morning check-out made it feel like we lost a good piece of a day, but it’s a big house and I’m sure it’s a lot of work to turn around. Overall, no complaints. It’s a great place.

We had a family gathering of 15 at this home. It was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean, large, and very close to the public beach access. We thought about renting a golf cart to get to the beach access...but found the walk was so easy (there was a paved walkway along the road to walk on) and short that it wasn't worth it to rent one. The porches were so relaxing to sit on and enjoy the ocean breeze. The elevator made it very easy to access every level of the home. All appliances were fairly new and high end. We did have trouble getting the refrigerator to cool in the kitchen. We ended up using the refrigerator on the bottom floor. Overall, this property was absolutely stunning and we would love to visit it again.

First time for our family vacation to be at Navarre Beach. We had a wonderful time! Short walk to the beach. Loved sitting out on the balconies. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The bicycles available for bike rides were an added bonus - we enjoyed our bike rides.

Vitamin Sea is a great family vacation spot in Navarre. Very short distance to the gulf beach access and sound beach access. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out for our three families with children.

Vitamin Seaside is such a beautiful property! Very clean and decorated so beautifully. Our entire family (14 of us) had a great time! Plenty of space for everyone! Great location to the public beach access and Navarre Beach is so beautiful. Thank you Betty for allowing us to stay in your beautiful beach home!

This is our 4th summer coming to Navarre Beach, it is our favorite place! Each summer we have tried a different location that will accommodate our 4 families. This was the biggest house we've stayed at thus far. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths caught our attention. However, the bathroom layouts were not completely as expected.One full bath was at ground level (which we knew and it was very useful coming back from the beach) and one full bathroom was off the kitchen away from any bedrooms with no vanity or storage, for one of our families to kind of call it their own. So the master has it's ensuite but upstairs where there are 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room, there is only 2 bathrooms for sharing. This gets a little hard with 3 separate families with children sharing. The house was very pretty and decorated well and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. There was a lack of extra kitchen and bathroom garbage bags, but I always bring extra of those as this is not our first rental lacking. Could also use more bath towels spread. There were tons of beach toys, a beach wagon, and beach towels for our use, which was really nice. There are several bikes there but many of them need some maintenance in order to be ridden. Walk to the nearest beach access was nothing to complain about. Elevator at the house was the nicest and best functioning of all the houses we've stayed in so far. Would definitely recommend Vitamin Sea, just be conscious of the layout of all the rooms and baths!

The house was awesome! The kitchen and family room area were a great size! The garage was perfect for games! We enjoyed riding the provided bikes. The elevator and wagon were a big help! The house is a short walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful! It would have been helpful to have a broom and a few cleaning supplies. We ran out of trash bags.

House was beautiful and in a great location. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Navarre Beach.

Beautiful home. The view was wonderful. The house lacked many luxury items that were mentioned in the in the VRBO listing. ( a blowdryer) I guess for the price point I was expecting nicer linens & towels, etc . Comforter in Master bedroom seemed like it was dried at too high a temp. It caused the polyester lining to crackle and break and come thru the comforter. Very uncomfortable and we had to figure something else out. This house could easily be a 5 Star rental with addressing these issues.

Multiple families came together for the holiday weekend. Place had everything we needed including a baby gate for the stairs so our mind was at ease with a 12 month old. Close walk to the public access for the beach. Only minor recommendation is to make sure the locks on the bathrooms on the second floor are functional. Great stay!

This house was gorgeous! The property was extremely well stocked in all areas and very spacious for a large group. Even in March, the beach was beautiful.

The overall stay was great. The house was great and in a great location. The only problem we had was the wifi was out at the house for the first few days of our stay, but other than that everything was fine.

The place was beautiful, and the location was relaxing! It would have been perfect if Mother Nature didn’t decide to freeze us. But walking the beach, watching the sunrise and sunset, and being together was terrific. Thank you so much!!

If visiting, be prepared to bring your own soap, shampoo, blow dryers, etc. -- very limited bathroom amenities and somewhat limited kitchen cleaning supplies.
