This condo is great. The single assigned parking spot + availability of more street parking was made clear to us from the start. The host was very responsive to my emailed questions (within 1/2 day). Know these things in case they're important to you: If walking to the beach/pier, you've got a .9 mile walk to the city pier, which is central to most beach visits. This is perfect for us but be advised in case you don't like walking that far. Street parking, if you use it, is governed by the street-sweeping schedule. This means you may need to move your vehicle every 1-2 days; pay attention to what the host mails you on this. There are two cruiser bikes and a BBQ grill assigned to this unit, + beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and even beach toys for the kids provided. We used (and put back clean) most of that. Full kitchen w/ full size fridge is great. We loved staying here.

We were in Oceanside for our daughter’s soccer tournament and are very happy that we decided to stay at your rental as opposed to a hotel. The rental was clean, conveniently located and had all the amenities of home. Would definitely recommend!!

Very distinct styled cottage in a perfect neighborhood to get to know O’side. Peaceful, safe street with easy walk to shops, restaurants, ocean, activities. Also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Jessica is very organized with excellent communication and information to make visit stress free. We will definitely return before the end of this year!

We really enjoyed staying here. The A/C was a must with two little ones and it worked great. It is close to the beach walking distance. Nice outside area to enjoy the nice breeze.

Wonderful little house that is kept very clean and well organized. Nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards, toys and beach cruiser bikes to use as well!! 0.5 mile to downtown restaurants and amenities so you can walk or drive if needed. Easy check in/out process. Would stay here again.

Great spot. I stayed here with another person for a work trip. I have never stayed in a short term rental that was so dialed and had put so much effort into stocking the place with useful items. It was clean, well designed and in a great neighborhood in the middle of O Side. The outdoor spaces aren't very private but we didn't mind. The pictures don't do the place justice.

We had a great stay here. We were in town visiting our son, a Marine, at Camp Pendleton. The property was super clean and had lots of extras we didn’t get to use like bikes and beach stuff. I would definitely stay here again. Great communication from host too!

My family (4) husband and 2 teenage daughters stayed for the week and the house had everything you need!!! Both bedrooms had a king size bed so comfortable, The neighbors in the other units were so friendly, enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and socializing. Bikes, chairs coolers etc were all included and in the shed. The house was so neat, clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!!

We loved our stay and proximity to the beach. Great setup with having beach items already there that we can use. Makes going to the beach a breeze. Very clean and works great for our family with the kitchen and two bedrooms.

Booked this place for a weekend getaway with family. Directions to the house and parking instructions were very easy to follow! Checking in was a breeze and the place was very clean! Everything in the house was labeled and identified, which was extremely helpful in settling in! The house had absolutely everything we needed, even an Allen wrench to raise/lower the bike seat!! The Location was also amazing. Walking distance to the beach, breweries, and coffee shops! Jessica was an excellent host and I would definitely stay here again when in Oceanside.

The property really had everything we needed, and nothing more. Not cluttered at all, which I appreciate. We didn’t have to worry about any beach supplies, because it was all there ready for us. The two king-size beds were really comfortable, and my teenager seemed quite content on the pull out couch bed. We also really liked the street that the house was located on. It’s a gorgeous tree-lined street with lots of cute little properties. We enjoyed riding the bikes they provided up and down the street. I also want to mention how quickly the property manager got back to me when I had a question. You can tell this place is run really well. I would absolutely stay here again. We had never been to Oceanside before, but it’s a charming little town and I have to say the beach we went to was one of my favorite beaches I’ve been to in California. It was located near the harbor, and the beach was very gradual, there were no steep drop offs in the ocean which was great for boogie boarding. The sand was soft, no rocks or shells to watch out for on a walk. Also there didn’t seem to be any seaweed on the beach or in the water, that was a nice bonus.

We had such a great time in Oceanside. Our stay at UNNC was so comfortable. It was big enough for the 3 of us. We also enjoyed hanging out in the courtyard to unwind. I recommend everyone to stay there.

This rental was very comfortable with lots of amenities available to enjoy the area. We used the bikes, boogie boards, chairs and wagon to go the beach. The house also had nice outdoor seating area both in front and back. The beds were super comfortable. Lots of new restaurants in Oceanside to enjoy.
