As we said, the property was clean and comfortable.
It doesn’t have all needed in updates but the owner is interested in the renters’ opinion. The location is perfect!

The condo is perfect and in a great location. Jennifer was great to work with and we love her to death! Close to beach , restaurants & shopping. It is a beautiful place and the balcony was great to enjoy our dinners and happy hours. You will want for nothing as it is well stocked .

The apartment is accommodating, The washer-dryer in house is convenient. Air condition keeps the rooms at a constant, comfortable temperature. The bed is firm and comfortable. Closet space is abundant.
On the other hand, a long time rental property can be expected to show signs of wear, and this one does. A cushion in the couch has been torn. The fan in the half bath roars so loud, I learned to avoid turning on the bathroom light at night. One of the two sliding doors to the porch cannot be used. A noisy dehumidifier has to be monitored.

Fantastic place
Jen was a wonderful host and was available if we needed her. The place was very clean and met all our expectations and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is close to everything you would want (phenomenal restaurants, great bars, walking trail, shopping & the beach). We will definitely be back for a visit.

The condo was nice and clean with plenty of room for us. Our host was patient and so kind as our flights got cancelled . She even had the fridge stoked with our favorite beverages and everything needed to make breakfast after our long night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was great!!!! I stayed in the condo with my mother for 10 days. It had a park with walking trails directly behind it which led to the the beach across the street. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping were a couple of blocks away making it very convenient. Jen was super accommodating and was there to answer questions or concerns. We had a leaking shower hose and she sent a plumber over immediately to fix. We had a great time and would love to return to the condo. Thanks Jen for a great stay!!!

We had an exceptional host and loved the condo. Location, location, location!! It was our first time in a one bedroom but with the size and two bathrooms, it was very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the weather on the screened in lanai and access to beach and pool was excellent!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO. PERFECT STAY
Everything from the minute we arrived until the minute we departed was perfect. The condo is lovely and in a great location. Jennifer is awesome and gracious and was there to meet us upon our arrival. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed including a great balcony where we spent most of our time. We can't thank her enough for being a great host. We will see you next year!

Great Beach Location!
My daughter stayed here for a 2-month internship and it was perfect for her. The apartment is a little dated in terms of furniture, fixtures, and decor, but those are minor items and the owner is planning a full repair/redecoration.
The location is GREAT and our communication with Jennifer was excellent (quick replies in just a few minutes and always very helpful). There is a great screened in balcony that looks out over grass and a tennis court - and right behind that is a huge park with walking/fitness trails - and right behind that is a gorgeous beach! You can walk to the beach thru the park in about 10min - SO convenient!
We will definitely stay here again!
