We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location in Williamsville, easy access to major highways. Very clean and had absolutely everything you could need. Owners were so nice and easy to reach. We will come back again.

Great Village access a block off the hubbub. Fun strolling, great restaurants and yet a quiet respite!

Hosts (Nia and Jeremy) were the most accommodating and generous hosts! We were greeted and made to feel very welcomed by everyone in the Bates family. The Village Flat location in Williamsville, NY is perfect for downtown strolls; and we found amazing walking routes each day through various parks. The Village Flat was super clean and the size was perfect for us as a couple (and for the few nights that our grown daughter flew in from Texas). We look forward to our next visit with our family in WNY and to stay at The Village Flat. Thank you Bates Family!

My family truly enjoyed our stay at the Village Flat. Arrival and check in was incredibly easy and the apartment, one flight up, was warm and inviting. The living room was furnished with the most comfortable couch! It made a great venue for family movie night. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with plenty of linens and the kitchen was clean and efficient. Our hosts, Nia and Jeremy, provided a basket of complimentary snacks, beverages and a bottle of wine, which was great after a long drive. The entire space was thoughtfully decorated and made us feel right at home! The flat is walking distance to restaurants , shops, green spaces-pretty much anything you may be looking for. Nia and Jeremy were great hosts! I highly recommend their Village Flat if you are staying in the Buffalo area, I know I will be back!

I would highly recommend The Village Flat, Nia and Jeremy are wonderful hosts! Not only is the space lovely with generous size bedrooms and beds, but Nia has thought of all details to make you as welcome and comfortable as possible. From a well supplied kitchen to snacks and a bottle of wine, to recommendations on places to go to sightsee, shop and eat, checking in to make sure you have all that you need - the Village Flat will be my home away from home whenever in the Buffalo area.

Great location. Very close to Buffalo/Niagra Airport. Neighborhood was very safe with lots to do in walking distance. Flat was very clean and comfortable. The owners were super nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were wonderful...they were available but not at all intrusive. The Flat was a great place to stay. Private and roomy. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the farmers' market.
