Got to spend just one night at this lovely home. It was extremely clean, easy access, close to Franklin, great social media photo opportunity in back yard and Gretchen got back with me promptly regarding every question. We will go back to spend more than a night!

We loved this craftsman cottage for a girls trip, and it was perfect for the 4 of us! It was cozy and every room was so clean and cute. Gretchen was communicative and had some snacks and coffee in the kitchen for us. Location was great- quiet neighborhood not too far of a drive from everything. Try the Goat Yoga Nashville!:) Backyard had a cool painting that was a great photo backdrop. Be aware that the garage in the back is also a separate guest house, we got a knock on our door at night from those guests who thought ours was their house. So perhaps just make that more clear for the guests house residents.;) We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved this property!! Super close to downtown Franklin Main Street with shops and restaurants. Home was spacious, beds were super comfortable and very very clean! Loved the screened in back porch. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Franklin. The house was very comfortable, with lots of extra special touches. The location is outstanding, and walkable to downtown Franklin. The 2 bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs worked great, allowing privacy for us and our daughter’s family. The house and the location will not disappoint.

We recently stayed at your home during the Wild and Free conference in Franklin. The home was wonderful, it was fully stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect, close to amenities yet quiet neighborhood as well. The hosts were great to work with and even had a Wild and Free welcome basket for us upon our arrival. A very nice added touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great house with a wonderful screened porch and large backyard. We had 3 couples and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the little touches. It’s a nice walk to downtown.

Perfect location to visit Franklin and Nashville, plenty of space . The upstairs master and bathroom are fabulous, tons of closet space. The back porch was perfect for a little happy hour time . We walked to Franklin several times , it’s a great walk past many historic houses. Plenty of towels and blankets, great communication with the owner. I would only say that 10 am is too early for a check out.

We loved your home. We had 8 adults and 3 small children -- we all fit into the house. Well maintained and equipped. The only suggestion we have is you might consider installing a towel rack near the sinks in the master bath. We'll definitely recommend.

Very clean, lots of space, great decorations, perfect place for a girl’s trip!

The whole property was great! Everything was clean and welcoming. The only thing to note is that I would not consider this a downtown Franklin property. There are no side walks and you would have to walk on busy roads to get to the downtown area. But overall it was a very easy drive and great for all ages!

Owners thought of everything had creamers and coffee and some snacks. Home was so nicely decorated and so very clean. Close to downtown area too! Will definitely come back to stay longer!!!

The Craftsman Cottage was perfect for our girls' trip! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Extra blankets to curl up with, coffee and snacks in the kitchen, cozy bedding and products in the bathrooms. The house was very clean, and not too far from town. We didn't even rent a car and were able to walk into Franklin each day.

My sisters and I stayed at this property for our annual reunion. It was just the right size for 4 women. The neighborhood was quiet and several of the homes were already decked out for a big Halloween! We wanted to be out of the bustle of Nashville but still be close enough to go in for a night or two, and this was a great choice.

Our group of 4 stayed here for a quick girls weekend and it was great. Clean, exactly as described/pictured in listing, easy communication with host. Franklin is a perfect alternative to Nashville for anyone that likes quiet and simple and less crowds. The house is located near everything you might want to do! We loved it so much, we hope to come back again next year🤗

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is amazing! The house is incredibly clean, very homey, and is well-decorated in a very modern but cozy style. Perfect size for our group (6 adults), plenty of room but not too big. Lots of little touches and amenities; clearly a lot of thought was put into making it a wonderful place to stay. We will certainly be back!

We dropped the kids off at Grammy's and celebrated out 7th wedding anniversary in Franklin, TN and stayed at the Craftsman's Cottage. It was perfect- Clean, Comfy, and Cozy! 10/10 would recommend!

This house was prefect for our girls weekend to Franklin. It was completely stocked with the essentials such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee, etc., and was spotless! The beds and bedding were super comfortable and we had plenty of space. The only thing is the single bed in the upstairs bedroom wasn't as comfortable but we would still stay here again and would highly recommend. The owners were also super nice and responded quickly. The 1 mile walk to town was easy and we felt safe walking at night. 5 Stars all around!
