Lage mitten im Landschaftsschutzgebiet und am sehr ausgedehnten Strand. Große pools. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und der Strand hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Poolanlage ist schön. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt und sauber.

Das Abendessen war eher mäßig. Es gibt zwar eine große Auswahl, aber alles ist recht lieblos zusammengestellt und wiederholt sich oft. Weniger Quantität und dafür mehr Qualität wäre mir lieber gewesen. Die Abendunterhaltung ist sehr auf älteres Publikum zugeschnitten. Das mal ein Lied kommt, dass nicht mindestens 40 Jahre alt ist, ist selten. Was mich aber am meisten enttäuscht hat, ist, dass mir aus meinem Zimmer ein paar Ohrringe gestohlen wurde. Es waren keine teuren Ohrringe, aber ich habe sie trotzdem sehr gemocht. Wie gesagt war das Personal sonst sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aber das hat mich doch menschlich sehr enttäuscht und wird mich wahrscheinlich daran hindern wieder zu kommen. Ich würde jedenfalls jedem empfehlen, auch Modeschmuck im Tresor einzuschließen. Auch fand ich es sehr unangenehm, dass immer sämtliche persönlichen Gegenstände, egal wie ordentlich sie irgendwo hingelegt wurden, angefasst und umgeräumt wurden. Das betraf Kleidung, Badesachen, Souvenirs, Kosmetika etc. Ich kann es verstehen, wenn man ab und zu zum Putzen einen Gegenstand hoch nehmen muss aber in diesem Maße habe ich das noch nirgendwo erlebt.

La situación. Un lujo estar en las mismas dunas, salir del hotel por las piscinas a la arena. El hotel tiene una estética anticuada y en mis caso el aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero por lo demás… el baño perfecto la habitación aunque ya digo que decoración anticuada está muy limpio todo y los muebles no están estropeados, la moqueta muy limpia también. No me gusta que pongan cubre camas, me parece más higiénico fundas nórdicas, aunque el septiembre con la sabana y colcha fina todo blanco es suficiente. El bufet muy bueno, por encima de la media, Por la noche es agradable tomar una copa en el jardín y también hay música en vivo de diferentes artistas. Corralejo está a diez minutos en coche y tiene ambiente y muchas tiendas. Por último decir que el personal es muy profesional y agradable. Ya tengo la reserva para el año que viene. Esperemos poder repetir. 👏🏽👏🏽

Food - we are a vegetarian family; Hardly any choice and were forced to opt for an half board. Mojo sauce was awful - you dont expect that in canaries. Some stuff were good, kept running out and not replenished.

The hotel is located in the Dunes of Corralejo. Excellent location. Half hour away from the airport by car. The staff was friendly and the all inclusive plan was perfect. The food was great and they have a very big selection. The room was comfortable and with ample space in the closets.

The cleaning staff did not replenish the toiletries and the pillows in the beds are very thin. It makes hard to rest your head on that. Also, we had an issue with our television and told the bellboy to help us fix it with maintenance. They pass the message but no one came to resolve the matter. In the end, we fixed it ourselves.

The food, bedrooms, swimming areas

The Spa is a bit dated. Needs modernisation. Water should be included in the bed and half board. The dinners should include water.

Fantastic location. The beach is simply gorgeous. The food is very very good, exceeded expectations, honestly. The hotel is not super new but it is charming after all and we liked it A LOT. Lot of wood everywhere, reminded me the good old times...
