My Mom and I stayed here for 3 nights, we haven't been to the area in 20 years and loved being a tourist and checking out the town.
The house is perfect, has everything you need, love the layout and view. Will definitely be back with my family, I have 2 younger kids that I want to show the area to and the upstairs sleeping arrangement will be perfect. Thank you!!

Very peaceful and clean vacation retreat! Views galore with easy access to enjoy Lake Roosevelt and the wilderness of Stevens County! Such a well appointed space with everything you need! Loved it and we will return!

Very comfortable and quiet. Relatively new construction. Tasteful. Efficient use of space. Nicely appointed.
The kitchen supplies were complete, including spices! The cookware is plentiful. If you like your coffee white, bring creamer. Otherwise, we lacked for absolutely nothing and had no complaints. We highly recommend this custom built property, especially if you enjoy a pillow top bed.

We were in the area for a week attending activities in nearby Colville. While fairly new, this house is well maintained and cared for. Excellent amenities were provided. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I wanted a place where we could host family, and this was perfect. The bedrooms are lovely, and the upstairs loft is a dream for kids. The view of the lake is lovely! The house is beautiful, and well appointed. Quality throughout! I won't hesitate to stay here again.

My only small complaints would be lack of towels, only 1 set per person, I know there is a washer but it's nice to have a spare instead of washing more often.
Missing curtain in kitchen for night privacy.
The big clock doesn't work.

We had a great stay here while on a 2 day fishing trip. We were barely at the cabin as we fished most of the days but it was very nice to come back to a well upkept and clean place. Perks for us was the large parking area which made it easy to park and move our boat around.

We had to come to Kettle Falls one day earlier than we thought due to a family emergency. Clayton was responsive and was able to help us get access to the property early.
The house was very charming, clean and had everything needed for our stay including extra blankets, pillows, towels, dishes and utensils.
The WiFi worked well too, which was great since I needed to work during our time here.
We will definitely stay here again!!

We love staying at this property! It is in the perfect location for fishing and the cabin is so charming. Clayton is a great host. I’m sure we will visit again 😊

We enjoyed our trip to Kettle Falls to visit family! The house was perfect and was exactly as described! We highly recommend this property! The owners were very responsive to any questions we had! It had all the amenities needed for our week long stay!

Wonderful and clean home with everything we needed. Loved looking at the lake in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Plenty of room for multiple adults and kiddos!

We enjoyed being close to the recreation area and being able to bring our dog with us. The house was decorated for fall which was a nice touch! Everything was very clean. We would stay here again.

We love this property. The home is well situated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and tidy. Communication with the owner is super and he is always available to answer any questions we have. Great vacation get away!

This is a very nice place in a great location. It is very quiet & peaceful. There are a few suggested improvements. 1) The flies inside the house were overwhelming. We believe they are coming in from a vent somewhere & recommend chasing this down. 2) Provide lamps in the living room. We are readers & had to bring lamps in from the spare bedroom to read. 3) Some extra towels would have been nice. We were only provided one bath towel each & we needed a few extra towels.

Knowing the Kettle Falls area through private friendships already, the house of Clayton is lovely and different through its building style. Kitchen and living room are open until the roof and give a special admosphere. Our children enjoyed the stay while having lots of space and play their games in private.
We did enjoy our stay very much and would concider to rebook for the next stay.

This is a cute little house. Plenty of room for the four adults and two children. We just needed it for the night before we picked up our houseboat rental and it was ideal as it's only a few minutes down to the marina.

The home is newer and very clean. All the essentials are provided includes a Keurig coffee machine with kcup pods no less. Very comfortable recliner and reclining sofa. Kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and utensils.

We stayed at this lovely home while spending Christmas with family in the area. The house is immaculate and thoughtfully provided. Clayton kept the driveway plowed and checked to make sure all was well. The house was nice and toasty in below freezing conditions.

We loved our stay in this clean, beautiful and roomy custom built home. We were very comfortable with all amenities it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all cook ware. We hope to return in the future.
