This listing was exactly as described. The pictures are only a glimpse of how beautiful it is. We arrived early to it raining and Tina was amazing and let us go ahead and check in since we were unable to do much else to pass the time. She was quick responding to every question we asked! The location for us was amazing because its far enough away from pier park to avoid that influx of traffic( but still close enough that we were able to drive the golf cart to it) and close enough for us to enjoy St Andrews state park (which is also great for kids when the gulf is red flagged and was my favorite place to be!) and the zoo. Its also walking distance from walmart and mcdonalds. My family really enjoyed our stay!

Condo was exactly as described, owner was responsive to my questions, and the location was great! The balcony and shower were both incredible! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place on the beach!

This was our first time staying in this unit and it will definitely not be the our last. It was equipped with everything that you would need. It was very welcoming with the beautiful decor. We look forward to staying there in the fall.

This was my first time in PCB. My girlfriend actually stayed in this very same unit early last year, so I booked it based on her glowing review. I was very impressed with the location, and the unit itself. It was fully stocked with the necessary utensils and cookware to cook a lot of our meals! It is within walking distance of a lot of shops and our favorite restaurant on this trip, Pineapple Willie’s! I would definitely stay here again! We all had a great time, and the only thing I regret is not staying longer.

The property is beautifully maintained and the view large balcony blew us away. Even with the spring breakers our beach was not crowded. Had a great time and would definitely return.

I have stayed at multiple condos along the panhandle of Florida, and this was the best. -The primary room is bigger than the photos show -The primary bath doesn’t have a double vanity, BUT lots of counter space and two different types of shower heads. -Everything was CLEAN. No sand on the floor. No stuck on food on the cutlery and dishes. Even the main bathtub (I have toddlers and we did baths. I always clean the tub with bleach before use. And there was no soap scum, no residue.) -The beds in the second rooms were plush and had wonderful linens. Super comfortable. Usually people would want to stay in the primary, but that secondary room had me in my feelings. -Everything worked! I mean the washing machine really cleaned. The dry really dried. The dish washer cleaned and the fridge was cold. The whole condo literally felt like a home. No signs of wear and tear you get with so many other rentals. Everything you needed was there and well organized. As a side note, the coffee machine takes both kpods and coffee ground. Great communication. For some reason, I didn’t get the email with the door code. However, Tina got me what I needed and she was on a cruise with terrible reception. That is support! Will totally stay again!

Our host “Tina” was as wonderful as the view. Tina recommended many amazing restaurants the food was delicious. Sadly our weather was pretty cold when we first arrived but we enjoyed many of the hiking trails in the local parks. The apartments are beautiful, plenty of room on the balcony, it certainly was wonderful hearing the ocean all night long and sitting up in bed looking through the glass at the beautiful water. The beaches are clean and if you have children there certainly is enough for them to do. If you like miniature golf Panama beach has to be the capital of miniature golf there must be 15 of them. We chose a day drive down to port Saint Joe there is a wonderful State Park their jets out into the ocean in beautiful beaches set a little back from the main Rd. It's a quaint go colonial town. Tina runs a first class rental here everything was modern and the rooms are spacious this is an excellent place for a family to stay I highly recommend this accommodation…

Very clean, updated condo with a fantastic view of the ocean from the large balcony. The sunsets were fantastic. Excellent parking. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and appliances. Really loved the shower in the master bedroom and there was plenty of towels were supplied. We totally enjoyed our stay. Mark and Lorraine from northern Ontario

We really enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place. The balcony was huge and the view of the gulf sunsets amazing. Comms with the host were efficient. What struck me most was the cleanliness of not only Tina’s place but the entire PCB area.

We had an amazing time. The owner was very easy to communicate with and everything was clean and inviting. Our favorite spot, other than the beach of course was the spacious balcony. We would definitely recommend this was a 10 out of 10 and we would stay again.

The condo was very nice! Location was excellent, ocean view was breathtaking! Clean & nicely decorated, felt like home. The only difficulty we had was getting an extra parking pass. Luckily it was not crowded & we had informed the building manager that we were getting a pass. Overall I would recommend this property & possibly rent in the future!

The condo is exactly as described, even nicer than the pictures! The view of the ocean is breathtaking from the balcony. The property itself is very well maintained and centrally located close to many attractions and restaurants. Two very nice pools and hot tub for when you need a break from the beach. We loved the skywalk and covered parking. The owner is very responsive to any questions that come up. We would definitely stay here again for any future trips to PCB. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was amazing! The owner was just a call away when I had any question or needed anything! She was so helpful! This Condo was beautiful! Super clean and the beds were so comfy! We will be back!

We loved the property, it was just as pictured! The large deck was amazing, queen beds were great, location was perfect, loved the closed in walkway to cross the street to extra parking, beach and pools were beautiful. Within a half mile of Walmart for necessities. Super easy checkin/checkout process, great location right off the elevator. Tina was super easy to contact and helpful. Only issue was the king size bed was a little hard for me and as previous reviews mentioned, it caves in the middle. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time and loved staying at this condo! It was a short trip for us but we loved being able to look out the window and only see water in the distance as if we were on a cruise ship with no land in sight! Would love to stay again at this location!

Very nice & met all of our expectations!

The condo was clean and nice. The kitchen had all the necessities. The balcony and view were great. However, the mattress in the master bedroom has a giant divet/hole/cave in in it and was horribly uncomfortable. We didn't sleep the entire stay. The weather was bad so we had to spend a lot of time in the condo and the horrible mattress which led to zero sleep just made it miserable. What I did like, is that we had good water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers (which is sometimes hard to come by in condo's on the beach from many years of experience). Our family members sleeping guest suite didn't have any complaints about the mattresses in that room, however the sheets were so worn out that they had piles/snags which made it feel like they were sleeping in sand. With a new mattress and sheets, this condo would be absolutely lovely.

This property is all about the location. Incredible beach, nice pool area, lots to do very close. Great kitchen, eating area, and living room. The large deck is wonderful to sit on and enjoy the view! Bathrooms are great. Bedrooms are nice size. Bed in the master leaves a little to be desired. Hopefully the owners can replace that. Other than that - a wonderful stay!

Unit was great. very well stocked and ready when we got there. Tina the owner was wonderful. answered all questions and quickly. great view of the ocean! Location in town was very nice. Hope to go back!

Enjoy the stay great views from the deck. Shower in master bathroom was great but shower in other bathroom needs something on shower floor because I slipped and fell.

Stayed for the month of January - unit was clean when we arrived, accurately depicted and the owner was very good to deal with. Wonderful view from the large balcony of the beach and ocean.

Clean, good location and gorgeous view! I would never hesitate to rent again and will let friends and family know about it! Tina was so helpful and timely with all her communication to us.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here! Easy booking and check in process. The host was responsive to our needs and responded quickly. The condo kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the board games and puzzles with our family. The balcony was huge and perfect for family dinners watching the sunset over the ocean from the 17th floor. We have zero complaints and cannot wait to visit again!

Check in and out process was a breeze. The condo was just as described but pictures did not do justice. This condo was absolutely beautiful. We had hiccup with the parking pass but it was resolved very quickly. Mrs. Tina was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay. The only concern we had is of your Traveling with smaller children we could not get the sliding doors to the balcony to lock. We would highly recomend this property to anyone.

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Villa. Check in was so easy and Tina sent all the information we needed to walk right in and start our vacation. The condo had everything we needed. I wasn’t too sure about being on the 17th floor, but it had a great view and the elevators were quick. Pool/hot tub area was also wonderful.
