There are limited VRBO choices in Foresthill. We were there for a wedding and were happy to have found this property which had amazing mountain views, a beautiful kitchen and modern vibes.

Loved the relaxing feel of this property. Very quiet and serene. No matter what anyone in town says about the views from various places, the very best were from the beautiful back deck. Take a minute to bop into the cute shops in town. Also, the IGA grocery store was very well stocked! Loved our stay.

Enjoyed our stay for Western States Endurance Run. Wish the runners could still run by the house!

Loved the view, property, and all the accommodations! Host responded promptly everytime.

Great place to stay for the training camp - close to all the activities and right on the trail for the Cal Street section of the course.

This stunning home offers breathtaking views of the mountains, and we had the most wonderful Mother's Day weekend here. The host was incredibly welcoming and easy to converse with. I highly recommend this place, especially for a weekend getaway to escape your busy life schedule.

Truly an amazing modern home which is beautifully outfitted with art and furniture. An expansive view of the Desolation Wilderness mountains set right on the Western States trail. Great sleepy mountain community of Foresthill with just enough food and entertainment to offer options to staying put in this great home. We will be back.

This house is amazing to stay in. It’s beautiful and clean and has an amazing view. For the overall rating I have it a 4 out of 5 stars because while the house is very new, the hot tub outside seems very old. It didn’t keep its heat long and even got chilly before we decided to get out. Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay. Will definitely come back.

The home was great and very clean and tidy. The kitchen was outfitted better than most and there were a lot of spices etc for cooking if needed. The view is totally amazing and Carlie was available if needed.

Beautiful modern home with spectacular mountain view. The bedrooms were larger than they seem on the site photos. We showed the home to a few family members who loved it as much as we did. Carlie was very welcoming. We'd definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful home tucked away in pristine woodlands. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. One thing to note is there are only 2 designated bedrooms with queen sized beds and 1 room with a pull out couch and a futon in the main room.

The house is very nicely appointed with fun and unique decorative items to a well-stocked kitchen. The view is spectacular and was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a romantic weekend. We loved it so much we extended our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

I booked the home for my family including two teens for my nephew's wedding...that very sadly was called off two days beforehand! I had a hunch that this house was not to be missed, so I brought my son and a friend of his to Foresthill anyways. I am so glad I did! We had a fantastic stay. I could have sat on the deck enjoying the wonderful views all day. The house is beautiful, immaculate and high-end. I highly recommend for either wedding accommodations or for a great base to explore the local area. We enjoyed a great hike around Sugar Pine Reservoir, explored the shops in Old Town Auburn and had a fun dinner at Maker's Mountain Eatery and breakfast at Mega's. I've driven by the Foresthill turnoff dozens of time on the way to Tahoe and am glad to now have experienced the beauty of this part of Placer County.

Great space and amenities. Third bedroom is a pull out. There is room for a blow up mattress in the living room area, but obviously no privacy. We were there for a wedding at forest hills lodge and it is a walkable distance…just not in your heels :)
