We loved the lake house! We wanted a place on the lake for our family, all adults. The lake house is beautiful. We loved the layout. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and media room and full bathroom downstairs with extra space and lake toys and bumper pool in the garage. Everything was super clean and an easy check in/ check out process. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, groceries and gas if you need them. We cooked all of our meals and used the grill and it worked perfectly. We brought 2 stockpots from home only because we knew we were cooking crab legs but the kitchen was well stocked with everything else! We brought our kayaks and enjoyed going out before sunset and enjoying the calm water and beautiful views. Just a word of warning, the path to the lake is more difficult than we had anticipated. There are rock steps going down for part of the way then rock stepping stones to just loose rock. I have a torn ACL and had to have assistance to navigate it safely and my father-in-law has neuropathy in both of his legs and it was just unsafe for him to attempt the walk. So just keep that in mind when booking. Overall, it was a great experience. We enjoyed it so much that I know we will be back when it is cooler. Oh, we also rented a boat for a day from Lacey’s marina across the lake. They were very nice and helpful and it was a great time.

My family and I loved the place. Great location, right off the water and very clean. Can’t wait to visit again next summer.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! We walked in the front door and immediately felt like home. The house was warm and inviting with an awesome view of the lake. We walked to the kitchen and there was a plate full of homemade cookies with a sweet note to us. My oldest grandson told his dad that we had to get there at 4:00 because there would be cookies for us! They were delicious 😋. The house was clean and stocked well with things you would need. You are just minutes away from the store if you needed anything and close to restaurants. The walk to the lake was easy and the view was amazing. We were able to sit on the patio and see the kiddos playing in the water or take our chairs down and sit closer to enjoy the water ourselves. I’ve not seen a shoreline as open as this one since we’ve been renting houses on the lake. I could go on and on about this property, it was that nice! Don’t hesitate on this one. I only wish it could accommodate 12 people because next year we will have 12 instead of 10 coming and I can’t find anything I like better than this. Joy was great to communicate with and we had no issues at all! Thanks Joy!!!

Our family which resides in Arizona, Missouri, and California, meet at Greers Ferry Lake each year to visit and participate in the Decoration Ceremony on Memorial Day. This Lakehouse was the best we’ve stayed in by far. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and decorated very nicely. We spend most of our time on the amazing deck. There was plenty of comfortable seating, all color coordinated, with a view of the lake and lake activities. The cookies were yummy! I would definitely recommend this Lakehouse!

We had an absolute wonderful time. We always come to the Ozarks a couple times a year and this will definitely be on our come back to list of homes. We received a warm welcome and home made cookies and candies to make us feel at home. There was plenty of room for four adults, a teenager and two kids. The lake is never disappointing and the sunsets were fantastic. The peace and quit was just what we needed to help recharge and recover. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Our original vacation got derailed so this was a last minute plan and we had a blast. We enjoyed exploring the ozark national forest and Greers Ferry/Fairfield area. The house was perfect, clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed and more!

This property was everything promised. We hope to stay there again. The view is fabulous and the house is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Very well stocked kitchen , comfy beds, and the porch is fabulous.

Very nice and clean cabin on Greers Ferry lake. Cabin has been nicely updated and very comfortable. Location is perfect for access to everything in the Greers Ferry area.

I can't say enough about this property. The view from the back deck, the accommodations & the home was wonderful! I rent from VRBO probably 5-8 times a year, and you never know what exactly to bring because there have been times, like this one, that the house has EVERYTHING you need as far as appliances, dishes, silverware, # of towels, paper towels, TP, cleaning supplies, etc, then you may rent a property that doesn't really have a whole lot available to you. I will definitely rent this property again. Mrs. Joy left us home made cookies, and was available for any questions that we may have had. I highly recommend this property.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The owner makes sure you have everything you could possibly need while away from home. We had a wonderful time and made great memories playing dominoes, pool and hanging out by the fire pit making s’mores. We can’t wait to come back again.
