Excellent location, beautiful house. Highly recommend, and we'll be reaching out the next time we head down to the coast.

The property was just the right size and in great condition. We walked everywhere, just a short walk from anywhere and no concerns with parking.

There weren’t any tv remotes or trash bags when we got there but made a phone call and it was took care of. Other than that it was great!

Close to beach, nice house. Great parking, especially if you have a boat. Everything worked well, like appliances, ac, showers, etc. No complaints!

We had a great stay. The property is in a good location in town with easy access to just about everything. The checkin/out process was easy. We had everything we needed.

2 minute drive to the beach, or a roughly 15 minute walk. It's close to many great local places, with Desserted Island Ice Cream being the absolute closest. Other notable places are Coach's Island Grill and The Gaff. The property has two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and a smart TV in every room. There are ample towels available, but these aren't to be used for the beach. Board games are available, and there is even glasses specifically for drinking.

It was awesome so we have never rented house down in Port Aransas we always choose hotels but from now on we will always be renting this place.. A matter of fact next month we’re coming back and we will be staying again we loved it the price was great the house was great close to the beach all around five star from me and my family

Nice, tidy, and close to the beach

We loved the place. It was super nice and everything we needed was available. The property mgt co is a busy one, so if you don’t get an immediate response, a call or dropping by their office down the road works well. Enjoyed our stay!

Was walking distance to so many places so we walked the whole trip. Had to go to the office in order to be checked in, I’ve never had to do that before. Repair guy showed up to change the lightbulb apparently 30 minutes after we checked in and my wife was trying to sleep. It was a nice house and it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do

Outdated and uncomfortable furniture, it’s fine as a fishing cabin, but would not consider it a vacation home. Patio only provides seating for two and no additional seating on lower level.

The house was perfect, good location. I would stay there again. My only complaint would be better lighting in the kitchen. Maybe some under the counter lights and a lamp in the living room. Other than that, great place.

This property was beautiful and cozy. I had to rent an extra place for my children as there was not enough room in our travel trailer. Home was nice and clean.

Only calling that out for others that plan to bring a boat. Kitchen had everything we needed, wifi worked great. Two bedrooms, two baths was really nice. Futons fine for kids! Quick drive to beach. House was very clean and has a great location in Port A. The beach and restaurants are minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little beach house. The location was fabulous and most restaurants are within walking distance. The kitchen was nicely equipped although only one kitchen towel was furnished. One bed frame is very squeaky and I would suggest some attractive racks to hang clothes on. Overall the two of us enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great location and ample parking. Room for a boat under the stilts which is a huge plus. There are outlets downstairs to charge batteries also, so this is great for a fisherman or someone needing to charge a golf cart. The front porch provides a great view for when the City of Port A does a fireworks show as well. Cons: Not comfortable. The beds are squeaky and hard. The couches and 2 chairs look nice in the picture, but in actuality are not something you would want to sit on for more than a few minutes. This matters b/c after a long day you may want to watch TV for a bit.We were there in the winter- When the heater turned on, the noise and vibrations were literally so loud we had to sleep in the other room and close that bedroom door with a towel underneath it. NO one could sleep in there. We needed ear muffs it was so loud.There is no garbage disposal. This was disappointing- for a couple hundred bucks they could put a disposal in here and really improve the overall experience. It would be an easy immediate improvement.Overall, this is a good property. For 2 people it's great. For 4 people it's going to be tight and not super comfy.We had several things go wrong, outlets (breakers) being tripped, hot water not hot in the shower, loud vibrations from the heater, and the Property Management companies phone lines went down. We asked for a discount if we stayed an extra day and got a small one that in my opinion didn't make up for the problems.

This location is in the heart of Port A. It has all the amenities and is well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.
