Very very worst service with both booking.com and hotel, simply cheating customers ,we plan to visit consumer court regarding this thank you.

1. They always charge extra than what is shown in booking.com and you will never get any refund from booking.com 2. Nowhere did they mention in booking.com about the 'Liquor store/BAR' located in the premises where it was swarming with people which is inconvenient. 3. Don't ever order food from the in house restaurant. Worst food and they charge exorbitant charges. We had complained about it but no use.

the hotel is clean, and good as per hotel standard

at reception hotel staff asked extra amount, and said they won't accept the discount given by the website.. also there is attached bar in hotel, so it feel little uncomfortable for family.. There is no option for triple beds..

there was a price difference the booking. com showed around 600 but the hotel charged us 1800approx

Booked the room around 771 rupies but after reaching the hotel dey asked me to pay 1314 rupies ,they said this was the marketing done by booking applications and we can't help out ,if you wand to stay pay 1314 Better you guys do some finance group or take a nife and step in to the road and ask for money from people this have much diginity , Thanku

It was satisfactory under the budget. Rooms were clean and good.

Low budget 3 star hotel. Opt this without second thoughts if you plan for Wonderla. Rooms are awesome and spacious.

Bad vomit smell near restaurant and Bar.
