Nothing really as we was close to all the amenities close to the everything that we needed the caravan was very clean and well maintained

The van was very nice.

1. The other guests at the park. We felt unsafe. Screaming, smoking weed. 2. Very loud entertainment and since the van is so close, we couldn't sleep. 3. Very loud and screaming guests while leaving the entertainment. 4. We booked 4 days and only stayed one because we felt unsafe and were excluded by the other guests. Maybe because we weren't covered with tattoos and gold? 5. Hayley, the hostess, that downplayed our experience and feelings. She checked our complains with our neighbors. What a strange way of handling issues. She eventually said whe left too hasty. Maybe try to emphasize instead of doubting someone's feelings. We lost a lot of money by leaving so soon. She eventually stopped responding to my messages.

The location was good, facilities were good. Food good standard and staff were friendly.

The noisy new arrivals on Fri/Saturday evening. No consideration given to people going to bed etc. People & children were shouting and playing football at 00:30 on Sunday 17th July 2022.

Central for evey thing however nèed a car To visit places.

Very clean, good location, nice decorated. The best caravan we been over the past few years. Thank you.

The location was good, a two mile walk along the sea wall into Dymchurch. The caravan was warm and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the accommodation was advertised as having an indoor pool, site shop and restaurant. However, all of these were closed due to the time of year which was disappointing as we specifically searched for accommodation with access to an indoor pool. Also, the postcode given on the Booking.com information was incorrect, it related to somewhere in Brighton, not Dymchurch. It was fortunate that we quickly realised that we were heading in the wrong direction.

Everything catered for. Lots of extras.

We loved staying here. Every little detail had been thought of. Even had a carton of milk in the fridge when we arrived. Love the homely feel. Great to have Netflix/Prime, dvds, Xbox, board games. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Great location. Peaceful out of season. We will definitely be back.

Close to sea front. Everything I needed. clean and spacious.

it was very cold during my stay and heating wasn’t sufficient to warm the caravan.

The holiday home was so comfortable and clean. Excellent range of entertainment ie DVD player. Bus stop literally 2 mins walk from home. Folkestone is a wonderful town to visit

Nothing not to like

So clean, lots of nice thoughtful extras like bathroom and kitchen towels, tea bags, coffee, condiments and milk in the fridge. Great private parking for 2 cars right next to caravan. Massive telly with Netflix Alexa WIFI etc Books and games, ice in freezer, central heating. Big decking area with table and chairs getting afternoon sun till 5ish in Oct so probably much later in summer. Great for people-watching as lots of people walk past. Must just say again it felt nice and clean. Simply fab!! Would definitely go back!

Caravan is close to entertainment venue so a bit noisy till about 11pm then people walking back past caravan. A grater in the kitchen would have been handy!

Not being given the right key box number, only left half a toilet roll (joke) toilet flushing water over floor every time flushed , bed like sleeping on a bed of nails, not being told how close to entertainment, 12 at night , then noise till when ever,

Fine for parking, camp site is at a great location, exceptionally clean.

Plot is a wee bit too close to the entertainment , but that's nit picking.

A great caravan in a prime location, very clean, nicely furnished, plenty of room for 6 people, videos and board games for the kids, would recommend.

A little bit far from main town

accommodation exactly as described all facilities as described or better and 2 mins walk from coast path, regular bus service on the doorstep so we never used the car once and got good section of coast path done. Good pubs close by and no shortage of resturants

Lovely caravan, very clean. Close to the clubhouse etc but still not too noisy. Very comfortable beds and easy process for getting the key.

A great place to stay for a young family. Kids loved their little room and had things to do with the games available at the caravan. The caravan was well equipped, so it was convenient to prepare food and relax in the lounge in the evening.

There was not parking next to the caravan not the fault of the owners seems a dispute the owners bought caravan with parking
