My family and I (10 of us total + 1 dog) absolutely enjoyed this property. We were very comfortable and never felt like we were on top of each other as this house is very spacious. We were also able to utilize the heated pool and hot tub with gorgeous Lake Travis and Texas hill country views in the middle of December! Would recommend for larger groups.

The home was very clean with unparalleled views. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Takes about 40 minutes to get to downtown Austin or a Longhorns game. We had a couple of small issues with heating the spa and a ceiling fan but communication was good and we got most the issues quickly resolved. I highly recommend this property and we plan to stay here again.

This was a great location with a no wake zone area almost directly in front of the dock. It had great good AC downstairs. Upstairs was a little hot but it was 106 degrees out!

The house was more than what we expected location was great. Close to stores restaurants in Lago Vista. The only downside was the lake was very low at the dock. We will def come back when the lake is recovering. Stephanie the property manager was always available via phone if you needed something.

We loved our stay at this property. The views were amazing and the outdoor space was everything we needed, even though the weather didn’t cooperate like we wanted it to. The neighborhood is beautiful. The only drawback of the entire place is it is at least a 15 minute drive to anywhere, but the house makes it worth it!! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again without a doubt!

House was as described and perfect for our group. It was clean, and well stocked with things like towels, and odds and ends kitchen things to make the trip easy. The backyard with the pool and hot tub were where we spent pretty much all day and loved the views. Definitely would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for a week and everything was perfect. The house was clean and gorgeous. We used the dock to rent a boat one day and the pool overlooked the lake. The neighborhood was beautiful and I used the gym at the main resort frequently. Nothing but compliments and I would definitely stay here again.

Terrific place on Lake Travis
Our family of ten adults, teens, and children stayed here for 4 nights. The accommodations are outstanding; the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, the pool and patio are wonderful. We do one of these vrbo trips annually and this is the best house we've found in the last 6 years. We would definitely go back.

Wow and more Wow!
We always take a family vacation over the 4th of July. We usually head to a beach somewhere. This time we decided to shake things up and hit the lake!! No regrets at all!! This house in the Hollows will never ever disappoint!!

We chose this property because it had a dock and a pool. One of our families has a boat on Lake Travis so we were able to enjoy all the amenities and lake fun. The cove is quite the party area, but we were never bothered. The house was well-appointed and functioned well for our group. Note to future guests - bring your own wine opener.

We chose this property because it had a dock and a pool. One of our families has a boat on Lake Travis so we were able to enjoy all the amenities and lake fun. The house, the property and the development was first rate although sooo many rules to follow make it a little less so. Superb home and great views and privacy but on the water. The climb down to the water is a bit difficult and not great for older folks or young kids. Pool was excellent as were the views from the large outdoor vantage points. We had a few issues but the manager took care of them promptly. Like all of these rentals the acoustics in the house was nothing but loud echoes. Nearly all the luxury rentals do not like to carpet, have rugs or wall elements that soften sound because they get worn quickly with renters. I understand this but it is hard to enjoy a big group doing different things in the house at the same time. Incredibly loud compared to our own home. But a beautiful home and good amenities.
