Wonderful weekend getaway in Venice. Gary’s property was perfect for us. Having the beach gear was an added bonus! We found the property perfect for us for exploring surrounding neighborhoods and just a short drive to Downtown Venice. Gary is super responsive and helpful especially with our late check in. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great place, we loved it. Maybe a little further away from town than we anticipated, but didn't matter much to us. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed a spring break trip to Venice, looking for shark teeth. The property was perfect for our family and within 15 minutes of Venice Pier. The property had beach chairs and a shark tooth scooper for us to use. It was a great property and we really enjoyed our stay!

Loved staying at Cabana Palms. Lovely well-stocked kitchen space, living/dining and bedrooms. Comfy beds, cool calming coastal decor. Lemon Bay Preserve, Manasota Scrub Preserves nearby for walking, and not far from Downtown Venice, beaches and good golf. A nice January getaway!

Property was clean and nice. Had everything we needed. And was right around the corner from Walmart. Right down the road from the beach, we will be back!!

We love the Venice area and wanted a trip down there. The house was clean and well stocked. It suited our needs so that we did not need to stay in hotel.

Location: So close to the manasota beach…not a lot of beach traffic. I like to walk every morning this house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood……you can walk around for hours with little traffic

We could not have asked for a better stay! This was our first trip via VRBO and our first trip to the west coast of Florida and we thoroughly enjoyed both. Gary's house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. (We literally only needed clothes and food!). The house was very child friendly and the area felt very safe. Gary was also quick to communicate with us when needed and check-in/out was a breeze. We loved that the beaches and grocery stores were very close so we didn't spend a lot of time driving to either. The only "negative" I have to say is that it wasn't long enough! We hope to be back again some day. Thank you!

I have stayed in quite a few "home away from homes" through different companies. This property is the best yet! It is bright and yet cozy with a peaceful vibe. The screened in back porch is perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after dinner. Everything little thing I needed was there - from measuring cups and spoons to plastic containers for leftovers to extra bath and beach towels. The neighborhood is quite. Huntington beach is a five minute drive away. Venice is only 15 minutes. Just a wonderful place.

We had a very busy week. This was a great little place. It was close to downtown Venice and lots of good places to eat. Our hosts were very accommodating! 😎
