This is a beautiful place and right in the center of town. You can see the ocean from the main windows and love the patio overlooking the town. Fully stocked with everything you would need.

We loved our stay in Yachats and this apartment was spacious, bright and very well appointed.

This was a great stay, and had all the amenities you need for staying in, or exploring nearby sights. Everything was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the nearby C&K Market for staples and restaurants. The condo is located on the main strip of Hwy 101 so it's not a quiet location, but traffic eases up late night and the condo is well insulated against the noise. It is walking distance to everything Yachats has to offer, or a short drive to Cape Perpetua, or Waldport, or sights beyond. We really enjoyed our time here in Yachats.

It was such a great location with a view of the ocean and close to many good restaurants. It was a great place for our adult family of five. Would stay here again!

The place was a little hard to find, my GPS was pointing the right way but I didn't believe it because it was a dirt road. My family and I are older and wished there was a regular short table so we could sit with feet on ground. I had trouble with the key lock box but that’s an old lady thing too I think. Convenient location, nice view.

This is our second stay at this property which is very close to family. We chose this property last year because it appeared more modern than other options. The property is just above the main highway, but the road noise is muted a bit with the dual pane windows. There is a residence above, but not much noise. We will stay here again.

On a cool, wet windy day we got to Yachats early and Nikki and Ashley made sure we could get in a little early to dry off. The condo is super comfortable and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. The jetted tub was a great spot to warm up in after the cold weather. It was great to walk to the wetlands that you can see from the windows and beyond to the 804 pathway. Also great to be able to walk to the market and dinner.

We had a wonderful experience and fully expected that a day or two of our stay would be indoors due to the holiday and possible storm events, so we came prepared to enjoy time indoors in addition to exploring the beaches and trails. However, we discovered that connectivity was an issue in winter, especially for Verizon customers. Not the property's fault as even stores were having to bypass their online systems to check items, so come prepared with a book instead of a kindle, for example... Scrabble instead of the NYT games online, etc. It was the rural, rugged coast in winter, so this is not a complaint. We had a great time!

Picked this space to attend Celtic festival across the street. Two couples, so worked great. Very nice unit.

We had a great stay in Yachats. The home is very comfortable, had everything we needed, had a great views of the town in the ocean, and was centrally located near all of the restaurants in amenities. Short walk down to the ocean.

The condo was as advertised. A comfortable place to relax after busy days. Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the open layout. The owner was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating

Nice location

I had a great stay here. The property was clean and beautiful, the bed was pretty comfy too. This property was located next to everything in Yachats so walking was easy. The only two minor things were that the property manager called because there was a problem with the dryer they were trying to fix before my arrival and said she would call me back. She didn't call back but I think they got it fixed before my stay and it was irrelevant, just something to note. Also, the furniture was nice and comfy but one chair was a little worse for the wear which didn't bother us at all, but if you are looking for absolute unequivocal luxury, that might not be to your taste. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have seen in a vacation home. Stuff for baking, some extra sugar and flour and coffee were provided. How nice. Overall I give this five stars. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, great! The person upstairs was not too loud at all. The listing said 4 full baths which I knew was a mistake being that it's a two bedroom. There are two full baths. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great weekend.

We chose this property because it appeared more modern than some of the other options. It is centrally located, so we could walk to things if we didn't want to drive. Although the property is perched on a hill above the 101, the dual pane windows and insulation provided a sound buffer, and there was a great ocean view. We would stay here again.

Very enjoyable, clean and comfortable

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything was within walking distance. The place was gleaming clean. Our kids loved the jacuzzi tub and the fact that the playground was directly across the street. We came prepared for some noise based on other reviews, but it wasn't an issue at all. We didn't even really hear the upstairs neighbor. We've been visiting Yachats for over ten years, and this has been one of the best places we've stayed. We will for sure return to this rental.

This condo is in great shape. Great floor plan modern appliances and very well stocked for everything you might need. WiFi was great. Furniture was comfortable. The bed was great. Here is the problem, the condo above this one is not a rental. The people who live there are extremely loud. The first morning (6:05 am) the whole bedroom started shaking. Whatever they put in their dryer sounded like bowling balls being dried. They stomped all over. It sounded like there was a troop of cloggers living up there. This went on the entire stay. They even got in a loud verbal argument that could be clearly heard. While we enjoyed the property, I would never stay here again just due to the environment. That kind of background noise is not something you can just ignore. It was not at all relaxing.

The property was a very good value! Close to the ocean and had a nice kitchen so we didn’t have to waste money eating out every day. It’s a bit of a drive if you want to go visit more tourist spots, but if you don’t mind that it’s a great location. If we ever stay in that area again, that will be the first place I try to rent for sure!

Loved the openness, lighting, and view! Fun puzzles, books, and movies. My only complaint was the neighbors were super early risers and directly above us. Great walking location to all the coffee shops and restaurants too. All in all a much needed vacation and we enjoyed ourselves

The condo was located with walking distance to everything in Yahats. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. Our 4 year slept so well on her queen sized bed. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
