Awesome property. Super close to downtown mount dora. Had the house decorated for Christmas for us! Would love to stay here again when visiting.

The home was immaculate and well kept. It is in a fantastic location. The only thing is we saw a German cockroach. Not complaining but they are extremely difficult to get rid of and no-one wants to carry one into their own home. So, I am just making the owner aware. Thanks! Again, the home is fantastic.

The Kennedy is perfect in every way. Beautiful renovation, decor, furnishings, and everything very comfortable too, in a lovely area of Mount Dora. Talia is a wonderful hostess - the best! We rented The Kennedy for visiting family. They loved it too. How perfect to have a beautiful, immaculate house for out-of-town guests to have their own space - and for the price of a small hotel room. We will be back! Thanks!

Stayed at this property a week while some home renovations were being done… the house is amazing g and equipped with everything you would ever need! Only small complaint is it took me forever to figure out how to use the stove! A little high tech for me , but nothing you tube couldn’t help me to understand. Highly recommend this house!

Talia was the most incredible host we have ever had with VRBO! The home was very welcoming and clean. We were there for my daughters wedding and rented three properties from her, each one was imaculant! So many amenties including wine, snacks and hand made wedding cookies customized for the bride and groom including the wedding date. I cannot say enough about these properties and Talia! FABULOUS!

We stayed 3 nights to attend the wood boat show at Wooton Park. The house is lovely, well decorated and comfortable. Loved the bathrooms, the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The only thing is that the backyard is entrance to a side garage that is also a rental. The people staying there caught my eye a couple of times as you don't expect someone to be passing by your patio doors. Also, they could use more than one kitchen towel. I'd definitely return and bring a couple of additional kitchen towels!

This house is beautiful. It had anything we could have asked for and more. It was as if the owners lived there and just left that morning to let us stay there. The location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. I wouldn't change a thing.

"Someplace Special" is what this group of rentals is called and that is quite an applicable name. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, lovely neighborhood and area, nice walk into town just under 2 miles (part of which was along the lake) and of course a super fast drive. Loved our stay. Great communication when we had a question with Talia. Thanks for a great experience! We will be back!

We we thrilled to be able to go back to this lovely Mount Dora after staying there a few days on one leg of our Christmas vacation. We had shortened our drive to Charleston SC by staying here and it made our journey most memorable. On return trip back from Charleston we stopped here again and we so looked forward to it. And, knowing already what was in store for us made our arrival even better. Beautiful home located close to downtown Mount Dora. We’d love to stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. We absolutely loved the home to say at while visiting Mount Dora. The property manager/owner were a delight to communicate with - prompt and always kind. As a clean freak, I found my perfect home to stay in while on vacation All the little details they had paid attention to made our stay very pleasant. We almost hated to leave the home for our daily trips to downtown for the best of shopping and dining.

This house was adorable and perfect for our family, including our teen and dog. The neighborhood and location to Lake Gertrude were great. Perfect location between Mt Dora and Tavares. Outside area was wonderful. I wish we were able to stay longer than the two nights.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home in Mt Dora. The home is in a very charming neighborhood right next to Lake Gertrude. It is pet friendly and perfect furry friends. We were within walking distance to the sidewalk the surrounds the lake. It was great to take our dog for a walk daily and chat with the neighbors. The home owner was available and responsive to our needs. The town of My Dora is within biking distance and is full of great restaurants and shops. There are also many great things to do and see in the area. We cant wait to return to this great home and cute town!

Our stay was excellent for us. Not to small or big very clean and comfy. In a hood location from the springs. Which we went kyaking and swimming.

My wife and I traveled with another couple and visited Mount Dora and stayed at The Kennedy. The house was in a great area which was close to downtown shopping and dining. The home was newly renovated and the finishes were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice and relaxing long weekend.

This house is really very nice. It's comfortable, the neighborhood is amazing. Frankly, I didn't really want to leave! Everything about our stay was great.

This home is on a lovely cul-de-sac about a mile and a half from Main Street which offered us more privacy away from the business of town. We really appreciated the special touches, including a bottle of champagne and balloons for our anniversary weekend! The included trail mix /snacks and coffee pods were an added plus. The beds were very comfortable and no expense was spared including the high end appliances, showers, toiletries, lighting and bedding. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the front patio rocking chair and breakfast on the outside on the lanai. Although the lanai is shared with the loft guests, we did not see them or have a chance to visit with them. The yard was wonderful to play bocce ball and they had board games and puzzles we used as well. We enjoyed walking around the lake and using their bikes to cruise the neighborhoods. Mount Dora is a precious gem of a town. We ate dinner at Fiesta Mexican and Olive Branch Mediterranean. Our host Talia stayed in communication When needed and was very quick to respond. She provided us wonderful recommendations for the restaurants. You will enjoy this home immensely. Do not hesitate to book.
