Great location, right on the beach. We came for a soccer tournament and enjoyed escaping the crowds. The place was as described and met all our needs. I would recommend and revisit.

We had a nice stay. Unfortunately this was not a vacation for us, so we basically only slept at the condo. The condo was decorated nice….love the Carolina Blue. There was plenty of room for us and thank you for accommodating our service dog.

Great, relaxing unit on the beach. It was cold, but the unit was cozy. Nice floors, kitchen, and a lot of space. We really liked all the seating options in the main living area. Lights and drawers were labeled which was a major plus. Make sure to ask the nearby restaurants when their kitchen closes in the off season. However, it all worked out!

Stayed a couple of nights with our family. Clean, comfortable unit and beds. Nice layout and attractive beach decor. Great communication with owners. Very detailed information that made parking, check-in and entry so easy. Owner provided all basics to get the vacation started with ease. Even provided a small flat dolly to help you wheel your stuff from your car to the unit and back again on check out. Mexican restaurant in complex was great. There was a seafood restaurant across the street but we didn’t sample it. Loved that we had views of the water from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Happy we could have our fur baby with us too! Great stay!

This condo is well laid out, consisting of high-quality materials and appliances. Ample supplies are provided: cookware, dishes, silverware, paper, supplies, and much more. Easy access to the beach, less than three minutes, very child friendly. The owners are readily available and willing to help anyway they can should you have any questions.

A perfect place for my wife and I on an impromptu weekend excursion. Place was super comfy and had everything we required.

We loved the location of our condo! Enjoyed walks on the beach and bike riding in the Wildlife Refuge. Cute little town. We hope to come back!

Jaime was very communicative ahead of our stay which made checking in and finding our parking spot easy. The property is situated on the beach at the southern end of Sandbridge, which was very quiet and a great spot for our family (including 2 small dogs). Beach accessibility and pool facilities were perfect for us.

My family and I had a great time at the condo… the layout and space was great for us! Thank you for communicating well before and during our stay. Pleasantly surprised with everything available to use in the unit.

We LOVED staying here! It was just perfect for our family of 6. Everything was as described in the listing. The king bed was very comfortable and we loved the adjustable feature! May have to buy one! ☺️ The couch was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location is wonderful! Just steps to the beautiful ocean. Pools were great. They closed at 8 pm, and my kids wished they were open a bit later. Loved the restaurants nearby. Hosts were amazing to work with. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We highly recommend staying at this property. It had everything our family of 4 needed for a perfect beach week - chairs, towels, stocked kitchen, grills, pools and walk out onto beach access from ground floor. Our kids loved all the pools and the beach is pristine with plenty of lifeguards for safety. We took a trip to the nearby Aquarium and Marine Science center for our riding day activity. Nights we watched movies on the awesome big screen with surround sound. Thanks for providing such a wonderful home for our vacation!

If you’re looking for a quieter area to stay in when traveling to VA beach Sandbridge is perfect and I couldn’t be more pleased with the condo. We are simple people and it was perfect for us in every way. I was traveling with my two parents who are in their 60s and 70s and NEVER travel, and this place was the perfect home away from home. Beds were very comfortable, no issue with noise, and overall layout was wonderful. We each had our own private area to sleep and get ready for the day but the open layout of the kitchen, living room and dining room was perfect for having meals together and hanging out. In the morning we could walk the neighborhood or have breakfast on the balcony looking out into the neighborhood. There is an indirect view of the ocean and bay, but enough of a view where we could see dolphins swimming in the morning. Access to the parking garage and beach was easy. Our condo was very close to an elevator that leads down to the parking garage and designed parking space. When we first entered the facility some of the condos were tucked in dark corners so I was concerned where our condo would be located but fortunately it was in the perfect location. The door opens right onto a balcony overlooking the pool in the middle of the facility. Having a luggage cart in the room to use was an added plus. Communication with the host was great, everything was explained perfectly. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we come down!

This condo was actually better than advertised. Two great restaurants, one in the condo complex, and one across the street. Easy peasy access to the beach. Super easy access from the parking garage to the condo. Great view from balcony. Great communication with host. Just great!

We were looking forward to a weekend in an oceanfront condo but you need to read between the lines of the listing description and closely examine the photos to realize this unit is not ocean front or ocean facing. This unit looks out over the row of houses on the street behind the ocean front houses. If you stand at the window and look to the side, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean. Or you can go out on the little patio and stand at the railing and look to the side and see a small stretch of ocean. To be fair, the *complex* in which this unit is located (a large complex stretching over one block) is ocean front, so you can walk to the ocean if you navigate the hallways or parking garage to get to the one entrance that goes out to the beach. This unit apparently is described as "ocean side" but the generous use of the term oceanfront throughout the description fooled me into thinking we were getting an oceanfront unit. The unit itself is fine. It was clean, had everything we needed and even a few chairs and boogie boards we could use on the beach. If not for the nagging disappointment of not being oceanfront and exchanging views of the ocean for views of houses, it would have been a great experience.

This was a nice bright condo. Everything was clean and the flow if the apartment is great. The decor is beachy without being too much. We enjoyed the patio and being able to peek out and see both the ocean and inlet views. It was really convenient to go to the Mexican restaurant onsite for dinner and the food there was good. The main bedroom's bed is pretty firm but me and my husband slept alright. I imagine in season this place could get really crazy but it was peaceful in Oct.

Efficient check in/out; well laid out and marked making it easy to find housewares and supplies; everything worked; great location; easy to communicate with owners; everything as described on listing. Highly recommend!

We had a great week for our first trip to Sandbridge. Crystal was great to work with, very responsive and just a great host. The condo was as described - clean & and had everything we needed for our family of four during our stay. As others have mentioned, the complex itself is a bit run down and needs some updating, but you can’t beat the location. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

The overall experience was great! Very comfortable clean condo! Plenty of room for a family of 4! The owners were very good with communication and answered any questions and concerns we had! We had a beautiful week at the beach!

Great place for our family of 6! We had a blast!!

The condo is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We were very comfortable in the unit. All of the beach toys and boogie boards were a huge hit. The kitchen was well-apportioned with pots, pans, cups, plates, and silverware. The Sanctuary at False Cape many great features. The pool in Building A, which is very close to the unit, is awesome. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. And we used the gas grills to cook for at least 5 meals.

The condo unit was as advertised. Very nice, updated and clean. The overall condo looks very nice from the outside but the interior could use some painting and cleaning. Nothing major just looks like they are probably like everyone else and can’t find good help after Covid. The beach was better than expected. The condo kept the beach area raked and clean. There are plenty of lifeguards on the property. The property is at the very end of Sandbridge. This could be a good thing for some and not for others. You are definitely away from the busyness of Virginia Beach. It’s not crowded at all. The bad part is you are somewhat remote. There is one Mexican restaurant in the facility and one restaurant across the road. Otherwise you are going to have to drive some distance if you want to go out to eat. The town of Sandbridge which is three miles away only has a couple places. I felt like we had to drive quite a bit to do anything. We did enjoy some day trips to Norfolk (30 -45) minutes Williamsburg/Jamestown 1hr 40 min. Virginia Beach 20-25 minutes.
