Enjoyed the cottage and location; this was our second stay. Very quiet, not many people using the lake yet and the weather was ideal. I was pleased to see a few more kitchen amenities since last year (large cooking pot, some plastic wrap) The items in the cabinet seemed iffy to me not knowing how long they were there so we used sparingly. The cabinet handles were a little sticky and the liners in the utensil drawer were dirty looking so I cleaned it up a bit. Other than that, we were very happy with the accommodations. Ate at Black Bird Tavern and enjoyed ice cream at Rich's Farm. Wanted to try the new restaurant, Red Fox Panini, which was the old biker bar, but didn't have the opportunity. Looked great always filled with patrons. All in all, a great stay!

The cottage is right at lakeside, with a nice deck to hang out on and a dock for easy access. Manager Dee is delightful and responsive. Had a very nice stay.

The location was nice but needs more lighting to find driveway. Also, could use some more kitchen items such as kitchen towels, mixing bowls and large serving spoons. Only negative was bugs on top of the refrigerator; otherwise, it was clean.

We visited family nearby for the holidays and this provided us a great little place to relax and recoup between parties. We loved the view and open floor plan for our almost two year old. We enjoyed walking by the water and watching the ducks and geese. Thank you for a great, tranquil stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely lakefront cottage. It was not very busy so the lake and house was quiet and private. Enjoyed the fire pit and fishing thanks to past guests who left their poles...just needed the bait and finally found Fishin Factory. The little cafe up the street had great steamed cheeseburgers. Lyman Orchard nearby for baked goods and fresh veggies/fruit. I would suggest investing in a good set of pots and pans; no pot large enough to cook corn, pasta or maybe a lobster. Minimal condiments provided. Needed to ask for extra garbage bags. We bought extra Tpaper and Kleenex, paper plates. Would have appreciated basic foil, saran wrap, zip bags. Always had that at a well stocked rental. Dee was responsive to our inquiries. A couple of other rentals next door were vacant but very quaint and clean from what I could see. The little washer in the main BR closet was a bonus and we made a makeshift dryer using the fan. Overall, good, comfortable location for our needs and visit. We would stay again.

Overall we had a very nice stay. Spacious for a small family with nice outdoor spaces including deck with water view and gas grill. Be aware that the kitchen is indeed "lightly stocked." We had to buy a toaster, which we left for future guests. There was no can opener. Also despite a promise by the property manager that there would be a pot large enough to cook spaghetti, there was none. We often rent places more rustic than this one but do expect basic pots and pans.

This adorable cottage exceeded our expections for a 4 day get away! Would definitely stay again if traveling to the area.

This property is quaint and simple, but clean and well kept. It was decorated well, and the lake views and outdoor patio and firepit are great. The property is very close to neighbors, so not terribly private, but still peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a pretty location to stay while visiting family.

The family enjoyed the fire pit, cooking and watching the ducks on the lake.

Owner helped with everything and great view.

This cottage is SPOTLESSLY clean and conveniently located. The wi-fi is rock solid, the lake is beautiful to look out onto, and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

We loved our stay at this property. It was a perfect little getaway and just what we needed. Clean and modern, but still super cozy!

My husband and I rented this home while visiting family in CT. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porch enjoying the beautiful view. We visited in September, and it was a very quiet time on the lake. We did not cook at the house, so I cannot comment on cooking amenities. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely visit again.

This is our third time staying at Baileyville Commons, but our first in this rental. It was perfectly appointed and clean. Love the fire pit, grill, and the new addition of a shared beach. And, of course, the lake! We will be back!

Very comfortable rental, relaxed and not fussy. Great place for water sports. Great views of the water and sunsets over the mountain. And as always the Property Manager Dee is the best.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this cute cottage on the lake. So cozy and comfortable. Definitely going to try to get back next summer.

Great views. Lack of cookware. No toaster. Only one window air conditioner which did not cool bedrooms very well. Even putting floor fan in front of main bedroom did not bring enough cool air in at night. Fishing was disappointing. Rented a canoe to fish channels using lures and fresh bait, but not even a nibble. Access to water is very rocky and slippery. You have to use water shoes. Outdoor furniture and dock were covered with spider webs and bird droppings. Clothes washer (no dryer) was tiny and only ran hot water. Enjoyed firepit.

Perfect, from not having to bring towels or sheets to the beautiful outside setting. The patio with fire pit and tree covered shade (which was absolutely needed from the afternoon sun) was the only place we hung out. Even though the inside was cute, who would want to go inside on a summer day when the view outside was picture spectacular? I'm sure it would be awesome any time of year.

Needed an extra space to stay while visiting family nearby & this was perfect! Everything was updated and thought-out, with plenty of linens and extra items to make the stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the view from the yard & the location. Would advocate for adding a full length mirror somewhere, but otherwise, everything was great!

My friends and I had the most wonderful time at this lake house. Very clean! Would have loved more pots, pans and toilet paper. But we managed! I will definitely remember this property!

I had a lovely week long stay here. I was going through intensive job training and wanted a quiet place to study/sleep in the evenings. My family joined me for a few days and loved the outdoor spaces. I was able to swim each night and slept so soundly with the quiet cabins there. The ducks and geese came by every day and we saw so many other stunning birds.

Great location and the cottage boasts some really great detail touches that arent photographed but are really kewl! Love the towel rack in bathroom and closet doors in master bedroom! Cozy & comfy & had everything we needed to unwind and enjoy nature at its finest😊

This property was even better than it looked in the pictures! Every picture I posted, everyone kept saying “wow i’m so jealous” “it looks like heaven” It felt like it too! Would highly recommend this property! Right on the lake, beautiful getaway for the weekend!

Nice cottage, however disappointed in the lack of comfort. Why does a cottage with a nice deck have no chairs on the deck? One small dirty table on the deck and lots and lots of spiderwebs out there, along with a tattered & torn awning, The dining room would be so much better with a table and chairs to provide a more comfortable dining experience, Very uncomfortable tall stools just don't cut it! You should also provide a guide/directions on operating the TV's. We are not at all familiar with ROKU or other apps and couldn't enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV.
