Good neighborhood. Listing says 2 fireplaces, there aren’t. Also, no handovers anywhere. Overall worked out great for us though.

The cabin was perfect for our annual girls trip. The house has so many cozy places just to sit and sip coffee while chatting with each other. We were a group of 5 and had plenty of room. We all agreed that we would love to use it for a couples weekend.

The home is magazine worthy inside and out. The dead end street was quiet and perfect for a daily walk. The few other houses on the street are adorable. I walked every morning and only saw a chipmunk and the security man patrolling. The view was stunning. We drank coffee on the back deck every morning and enjoyed the stars and the sound of wild turkey and an owl. The house was very well stocked and we lacked for nothing. The four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were very much appreciated. Becca the host replied quickly every time. My siblings and all our spouses and I had a heavenly time so the street is perfectly named. We look forward to returning.

This was our 2nd stay and it's a lovely, roomy house for 4 couples. The kitchen is large and well-appointed and we love the 4 bedrooms, each w a private bath. Working w Becca was easy and she responded quickly when I contacted her.

Loved that each of us had our own bathroom. That is hard to find when you have 4 couples. The arcade game in the basement was a blast. Well stocked kitchen! Very easy to find and the check in was a breeze.

Cabin was great for 4 couples. Loved that we all had our own bathroom in each bedroom. There was also a half bathroom which was also nice. There was more than enough kitchen equipment and utensils and bathroom linens for everyone. Becca was a great hostess. Answered all our questions very quickly.

What is very nice about the house the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cooking supplies the house is very clean every bedroom has its own master bath which is supplied with bath towels the screened-in porch and the hot tub made it extra special and the outside view was beautiful I have no complaints about this house at all our stay was wonderful.

We stayed with seven family members (all adults) and had a wonderful time. Becca was great in every way. We couldn’t get in the secure gate at check-in (not her fault) but she figured out how to get us in. Had a minor issue with ants (VERY common for the time of year) and she immediately took care of it. The place is well equipped and a long way from a restaurant so we cooked in every night which everyone enjoyed. Used the grill a couple of times. Tons of room. Great layout. Only suggestion would be to update a few of the pots/pans, etc. There is no lake access from the place, but we did have lake views. Would definitely stay here again.

Every year we do a vacation with another family! This stay was perfect for us! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the kids ages 4-13 loved the little clubhouse and all the games! This cabin was well stocked and had plenty of space for our group of 9!

Lakin’ it Easy was a great home for our annual family trip to Lake Cumberland. The 4 bedroom suites were wonderful and we LOVED the two refrigerators, two dishwashers and great pantry space. We made use of the pool in the resort and it was a quick trip to Burnside where we rented a pontoon for a day.

Beautiful property! We had four couples staying there, and each couple had their own private bathroom and bath/shower. Worked out perfectly! We had a couple of questions before checking in and Becca got back to us immediately. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Small group of friends on a motorcycle trip heading back to Ohio. We chose this property because of location and online pics. This property did not disappoint. Very well maintained and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative (small) was that the tables and chairs on the decks needed cleaned.

Loved the fact that this “cabin” had 4 full bedroom suites! Perfect for our large family of 10 ages newborn to 50! Utilized the kitchen, which had quite a few utensils, pots, pans etc.! Would recommend upgrading or replacing the coffee pot…water marking lines are worn off and no one could guess a good amount to brew. Washer and dryer were very handy to use. Also, definitely winding roads up the mountain to get to the house, but roads are well maintained. House was generally clean. Noticed some trash behind the couch when the granddaughter had a toy roll underneath it and had to retrieve it. Son-in-law noticed that the hot tub filter was filthy when he and some of the family were getting ready to hop in. However, we are pretty picky about cleanliness and I would say overall, the place was well kept. Very peaceful setting…hard to enjoy the water views since the trees have filled in, but I’m sure it’s pretty in the other seasons. Whole family did go to the resort swimming pool one day, and it seemed clean. No bathrooms at the pool, however, so be prepared. Loved that we were only 20 minutes to the Burnside Marina. Would consider staying here again, should we go in the future. Becca, the property manager, was great with communication and answered all of our texted questions immediately.

Inside the property was excellent, but everything outside, on deck & porch, was very very dusty & dirty and unusable. I contacted the owner & she told me it was because of the very high pollen count. But the thick deposit of dust indicated it wasn't just due to a daily build-up. If we are charged $200 for clean up fee, I would expect this to be cleaned thoroughly between every customer.

Got the family together for Spring Break. Even though it rained the kids enjoyed spending time together.

Overall the property was great. Only slight downside is that the hot tub was not fully functioning. It was not warm when we arrived, and only got up to it's highest temperature after a full day. Owner did say that a part was on order for repair though so should be fixed soon for the next guests,

We had a great time on our trip to Burnside and loved the cabin. We played lots of games, used the hot tub, went hiking at Cumberland Falls, and took a day trip to Knoxville for an evening river boat dinner cruise. Becca was a wonderful host. She gave us travel ideas beforehand and was very responsive whenever we reached out. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This house is amazing! It was super accommodating for everyone. I really enjoyed each room having it’s own bathroom and the additional dishwasher and fridge. It made hosting a family get-together convenient. It’s relative distance to trails and other destinations was a huge plus. We all had an amazing time.

This home is so comfortable! We immediately felt at home and Becca made sure we had everything we needed including local road conditions as there was bad weather during our stay. The only down side for me was having to take our trash to the compactor which is located about a mile down the road. Over all a wonderful stay!

Fantastic family gathering for my wife’s Birthday!! Very clean, comfortable beds, great house layout! Enjoyed the hot tub and watching Christmas movies! Becca went above and beyond, to make our stay perfect! Many Thanks!!!

The 4 master bedrooms with ensuite baths were perfect for our group. The well stocked kitchen has a great pantry, and the owner is great to supply all the paper products needed including spices and basic cooking needs. Communication was great, and the property was very clean. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing home! Several hiking locations all within 45min drive from the property. Tons of room for family and friends. Major grocery stores also fairly close. Would love to see it in the warmer weather

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house was clean and the property was beautiful.

The house was lovely. Everyone loved the front porch swing and when the day was nice, the guys liked sitting on the back deck. The trees were in fine autumn color and beautiful. The area was quiet and peaceful. For our age group with a few in their late 70s and early 80s with mobility issues, the downstairs steps were a bit of a challenge. That made access to a television for one of the guys a problem. I liked that there was no television, but others wished there was one in the sitting area on the main floor. The views were gorgeaous and we had a great time.

We had a great time! I wish we would have had more days to spend! Very clean, tastefully decorated ,fully stocked with everything you may need. We made some great family memories. Thank you!
