The location is good. Close to many things. We never really came across an employee, but that mattered little. I think the only thing we would have liked would have been a switch in towels about mid week. But in general, a nice stay and we would stay at the Roami again.

We stayed here for a few nights to see family and celebrate my daughter's birthday. The suite was very spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The furniture was lacking and not very comfortable. The coffee pot was not the correct size for the machine and ended up making a huge mess when we tried to brew a pot.
The location is pretty good, walking distance from the FQ in decent weather, but it was storming and HOT the whole time we stayed, so walking was difficult. Otherwise, there really isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity. You can get to the Riverwalk pretty easily, Mulates and a few coffee spots nearby (Ironworks Coffee was a few blocks and loved that place and the people there were extremely friendly).

Place was average. The air conditioner didn’t work that well. Also the place smelled like dogs had been staying there. We had to buy air freshener. We had to keep asking for towels and got two wash clothes the whole time we were there.

The property does not have an owner or manager nearby - the whole first day and night there was no shade on the huge window. The virtual assistant was extremely nice, and the shade was fixed by night 2. The stripping around the fridge wasn't attached, and there was no light bulb in one of the bedside lamps. On the good side, the laundry was free, beds comfortable, and the location was fabulous.

The bed had wooden stats all around the perimeter that came out about a foot all along the perimeter were painful to navigate at night, in the dark. I hit my shins just trying to go to the bathroom. Not the most thoughtful choice for guests who are not used to that type of furniture. Some random person climbed onto our balcony in the middle of the night one evening while we were asleep. Thankfully, they didn’t break in, but it was still alarming. I think a cleaning spray would have been nice to have to wipe down countertops, some pens, extra blankets just things like that. We had to go buy things that most hotels offer their guests. It was fine. It would be nice if they hired a person to work in the lobby. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have anyone working in the lobby to assist guests. It was very bare bones. The smells of the cleaning products are were incredible strong and gross to be honest when we first arrived. The blinds were also busted and we had to arrange furniture in order to climb high enough to fix them so that we could see out the window…

Love the property, the parking situation is a little sticky but can be managed. The only problem was the low beds in the rooms. But I definitely would stay again or recommend

this property is so beautiful. Was not expecting such a gorgeous atmosphere. The bedrooms are wonderful the beds very comfortable.. great location to the Superdome. it's a short 1.2 mile walk which is spectacular because you get to take all the sites. So worth the stay. I plan on bringing my husband and family next time. Don't delay, book this property.... you will not regret it :))
