The location of the property was good. Very close to the bus station where you can book any tours or transport to other places like El Chalten or el Perito Moreno. The City center was a bit further but we liked the walk after dinner. The location is up a hill though. So if you have difficulty walking it might be better if you have a car.

If you have noisy Neighbors you would hear them clearly through the walls. Luckily at night we did not have a problem with this at all. The building was quite, but we could hear our neighbors talking when they were up.

The best choice for El Calafate for sure! Nice views, good communication, good value for money. About 5 minutes from the bus station and about 15 min walk from town centre. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very clean and is very conveniently located close to the Bus Terminal and only a 15/20 minute walk to the main strip in town. The communication of the host and their accommodation of our requests was great too.

Noise does travel between the adjoining room, but earplugs will help with that.

The view is nice. There was hot water and the rooms were warm.

The view is nice. However, at the ground floor there are many people walking around the house (probably to go at the second floor). Also, many are waiting shuttels at first hour in the morning and the building is not very sound proof. It is a little bit far from center (around 20 min). This is not a problem, but not all the streets have lights.

Clean, comfortable room with beautiful rooms. owners were excellent at communicating and very friendly.

The big window of room 6 overlook the lake, offers a paranomic view of el calafate. The room is super clean and bright, dont feel errie at all. Staff is super helpful too.

The view from the apartment was amazing. There was a lot of space, which we liked. Really kind hosts, fast and good communication. Near the busstation.

This property is about as cozy as a hospital waiting room. Very commercial feel with odd fixtures and flourescent lighting - kind of gives off an uncomfortable, creepy vibe.

Great view of the lake and the mountains. The host is very nice and helpful. Allowed us to leave the bags before and after our stay. Good location, better if you have a car, since the way back from the center is uphill, but nothing hard. Worst case really cheap taxi (for European & Americans)

It is an excellent value for this hotel. The room was clean which is the most important for me. The host was very helpful and patient with my problems (one was definetely my mistake - I did not read instructions for opening a key box properly. Which was not complicated. I read only the beginning). The room has well equipped small kitchen ( more than I needed). I really liked the view from my window. The hostel is on a small hill and the view was on mountains and a lake.

I gave lower grade for location. It is a little bit far away from the city center. It was not a problem for me but others may not like it. On the other hand, it is only a 5 minute walk from El Calafate bus station.

Even though we booked in quite late online, the check-in process went very smooth and the owner was easy to reach. We really enjoyed the proximity to the bus terminal and the location with an amazing view over the town and Lago Argentino. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and strong, the wifi fast and we enjoyed the supplied coffee and tea.
