Really enjoyed the place. Bedrooms are not that big but comfortable. Kitchen had all facilities we needed. Very smooth communication with owner.

Great location to walk downtown for all restaurants and activities. Funky apartment building but clear directions, clean space, updated and cozy rooms. Would return and highly recommend!

Very nice and clean place, has everything for comfortable vacation and very close to Gondola.

The condo was very nice. Super comfortable beds. Nice and modern condo with all modern amenities. We arrived at night and the parking area was full so had a bit of a hard time unloading and finding parking. Eventually we got a spot on the street right above the complex and discovered a little path that led to the spots on the street. The parking never opened up. The cars there clearly never moved. They were buried in snow. So I would say that was really the only negative. Everything else was great and we had an amazing ski trip.

Beautiful, well maintained condo in excellent location. Well stocked with cookware, linens, towels and has washer/dryer in the unit. Has a comfortable king bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa that makes into a bed. Location is unbeatable! Easy walk to all shops, restaurants and gondola. Easy check in with keyless entry. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis but a parking permit is provided in the condo which allows you to park in the condo parking lot. We had no issues finding a place to park. Grocery store is right around the corner. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Super convenient to all that Telluride has to offer. Description is accurate. Only complaint: the bed pillows need to be replaced. They've seen better days.

The condo was comfortable and in a good location. I would just note that it was not as bright and open looking as it appears in the pictures.

A nice condo with a separate bedroom. Great location-walking distance to all of the shops, gondola, etc. Convenient to have bike racks directly outside the bedroom door. Had a great stay.

Excellent location and appliances Parking is very limited

I didn’t think it was that unique. Looked a bit like an old apartment building. Very clean, but expensive for what it looked like (500 a night!).

I was hoping for more after paying almost $600 a night but in Telluride these days I guess this in not unexpected. The condo was OK. It was clean and we had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. It is right in town so you can walk to everything. However, the parking situation was terrible. Perhaps because we were there during the 4th of July holiday and had a SUV full of stuff from a 6 week vacation. We had to park off-site on the street and to find a spot in the right designation was extremely difficult. Then we had to haul our luggage and things from the street to the unit since there was no available parking in the lot of the unit itself. Parking is first come and there was nothing available in the lot during our stay. The owner was helpful communicating about other options so I won't blame her. I think that the parking situation should be more clearly communicated in the listing.

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo for the Hot Air Balloon festival weekend. Highlights were: - walking distance to downtown area - creek with sitting area right outside the condo - comfortable bed Thanks!

Place was great. The staff was very helpful in responding to some questions. Parking in the area was a little tricky but figured it out.

The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the lift. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics. The heating system worked well but it would get a little too warm in the middle of the night. A shovel would have been great as we got over 30 inches of snow! Would definitely go back and stay there.

Close to everything

Well appointed condo, with a modern kitchen, wonderful shower, and five minute walk to both a ski lift and the grocery store. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely, fully equipped, and well appointed condominium. We were looking for a place to kick back and relax after hiking and this place was it. It is one block from a terrific grocery store and two blocks from downtown. We even decided to stay in at night and cook at home! We actually did feel at home. It was very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Including tea and Starbucks coffee. We were given clear directions about how everything worked. The bed was cozy and we were able to regulate the temperature to our liking. There were enough clean linens for our entire stay. There is even a babbling brook outside the front door! As I wrote, absolutely perfect.

The photos definitely make this place look larger than it is. Keep in mind it is pretty small, but this is no issue if you are a group of three or less. I would not recommend 4 guests unless you are traveling with smaller children. Location is pretty nice, especially in relation to the market. I would recommend the ski valet as carrying your gear to the Gondola is a little bit of a hike. Totally doable, but with children it may be difficult.All in all great place.
