Large room
It was ok for a stay where I just needed to rest but not being able to have a cup of tea in bed in the morning to me is a little excessive in terms of rules and regs. Nice lady who runs it but not really for me

Good value stay in the right location for our needs.
The home was comfortable, but I'm not used to staying 'away' in a 'residential' house. At first, it felt awkward, but it was alright for a short stay as we really just needed a place to sleep while in the area.

nothing our stay was very unpleasant
no one was home when we noted when we will arrived
not pet friendly at all our dogs were hit and sprayed with water on a cold night
gate was left wide open and our dogs got out on the road
we were yelled at for leaving the lights on
chicken and bird bones from compost were found from our dogs after they said it’s safe to then to be outside
got woken up from singing wasn’t happy being awoken after a long drive
house wasn’t tidy clatter EVERYWHERE dishes were pilling up
we booked for three days and we left within less then 12 hours
they refuse to refund our money

Breakfast was good, location is great. We both really love Mundaring, it's beautiful there.
I didn't like lamp, no I love lamp. I love carpet,nice love desk. Lp had vexed me znd must pay

Alan and Eva went above and beyond to make my first days in Perth exceptionally welcoming and comfortable. Truly wonderful people and I cannot recommend their accommodation highly enough!

Location was quiet and peaceful, room was good, bed was so so comfortable and Eva, the host, was very helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t fault anything at all, would definitely stay there again.

Lovely gardens surrounding the home and close to town centre. Great for those wanting a comfortable bed before heading out to explore the local bushland.
It was a bedroom inside the owners home where they sleep/live themselves. Was a cluttered house and still had their Christmas decorations around which added to the busy state of home.

Very homely and welcoming, very much into the Christmas spirit 😀
Hostess Eva was easy to get along with and chatty. She made us feel very welcome. It's in a beautiful spot, nice and quiet with lovely greenery around the house.
I think we needed another power outlet beside the bed, especially now we are all so dependent upon our devices. Charging was a little bit difficult.
