The entire staff, especially the front desk crew were much more polite and friendlier than years past. The pools and pool area were much cleaner. Even the elevators seemed to be running better. My only complaint is that there are no umbrellas which make the chaise area and Fishtails tables pretty unbearable in the heat. Otherwise a much better stay for my family and I!

Do very much like this room and the view. Very clean upon arrival. Had trouble with the code to get in room. Issue with not being able to use washer and dryer during stay. Plus something was left behind and somehow that was not able to be found.

From location and the cleaning of property and the checking in process was wonderful. The employees treated you like we were family. Rooms were spectacular. We would be glad to stay at this place again and again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view off the spacious balcony was awesome. We ate at the resort restaurants which was tasty and convenient. We will definitely book this condo again!

Love home!!! Parking sucks. Checked in on a rainy night. What a nightmare. Thank goodness the home made up for it.

We stayed a week and were very impressed with our unit. It was very nicely decorated and clean.
We had issues multiple times with the key cards so being on the top floor and not being able to get in and having to go to the front desk was wearing on us.
There was a leak under the bathroom sink, so I lost approximately $150 of Clinique make up and my pain patches. The leak was fixed quickly but my bag was ruined. We did speak to the front desk and all they cared about was that the sink wasn’t leaking anymore. Needless to say, the makeup went into the garbage.
That being said, the condo was very nice and very comfortable.

Perfect location, beautiful view, conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and well kept. The bed was also very comfortable.

Close to the beach is the only good thing I can say. Food terrible. Drinks watered down and bar closes early. no shade at pool. no beach chairs to rent. unclean common areas. amenities in the units are hit or miss. parking is terrible. seems to have been a nice place a long time ago, but it’s now marginally adequate.

We rented this condo for a friends wedding knowing it was not a wheelchair accessible unit...but, it looked large and roomy. After arriving, we were shocked at the large rooms and doorways for me in a wheelchair, including the bathroom! The unit was clean and the view unbelievable. Will definitely stay here again!!! Beautiful resort and amazing staff!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer!
The unit was very clean, quiet and fully equipped. The amenity list did not include a coffee maker or hair dryer, so we took them. But were not needed. Will try again to return this same unit. Hopefully the mattress and sofa will be replaced by then, but were not deal breakers.

Very nice location
This PH was located on the side of the building, but our balcony still had a great view of the beach. I loved that you could step out onto the balcony from the living room or the bedroom. The kitchen was very sufficient as well as the bathroom. The unit also had a apt size washer and dryer for convenience. My only issue was that the lady at the front desk forgot about me and I wasn't able to check-in until an hour after check-in time (room wasn't ready).

A wonderful family place
This is a great place to stay so close to the beach for families with small kids. The place is very comfortable and safe. This property is not a direct facing the sea but the balconies are diagonally facing the sea and of course it's quite spacious. This house is definitely comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. The house has all the required appliances and utensils and is quite manageable for a vacation home. Overall you will enjoy what this place offers and also all the amenities the resort offers.

Amazing!
The view was perfect. The PH was complete. The only thing there was no shower curtain. Other than that, it was very nice. Alex in the front desk was courteous and helpful. Will suggest my friends to check out unit when in Myrtle Beach.

Way too expensive for what you get
The bed in this unit has permanent huge divets in it! The majority of our stay only ONE elevator worked. When I went to check in the desk staff said they didn't hanlde the booking so didn't have my check-in info. Another desk clerk thankfully overheard her and corrected her that my booking was with them! None of the issues should have happened at this price point. Do not recommend this unit or even this building of the resort. It's clearly the least maintained building!

Loved the view
The room was clean an cozy on the inside they could’ve fixed and cleaned the outside of the hotel but the room its self was nice loved the cabinets were filled with dishes even though we bleached the ones we used. Very comfortable will be back next year only 4 stars because the outside of the room the hallways and the elevators were dirty but room was nice,

The property was wonderful. The pictures did not lie. We truly enjoyed our time there.
One downside was the power was shut off for four hours , 10:30 -2:30 for maintenance purposes. We had to ride out and find something to do during that time.

Great room with a great view
Everything was great. Room was top notch, bed was comfortable. Most importantly, it was clean and all the amenities as well. Staff was excellent. It will definitely be my next vacation stay.

Perfect quiet getaway
The seclusion, it was quite spacious very clean, the balcony was perfect. Even though this is a big hotel, once I was in my room I never heard another soul all I could here were the waves. This was a perfect place I will be back
