First, the place was very clean and had pretty much everything I could have anticipated on hand when I arrived. Struggled a little at first with the door lock but I just wasn't familiar with what buttons to push, once that was solved, the stay was perfect. Garage parking, very clean and well-provisioned condo, good instructions in the binder in the unit. I really couldn't sk for much more.

The property was easy to find and close to the airport. But when we walked in we found piles of dirty laundry in the bathroom, all beds were stripped and the floors, counters, etc were dirty. Clearly had not been cleaned from previous renters. I called Devon and left a vm msg then sent him a text. He responded within 5 min and apologized. He said that there had been people there the previous week and a single person for one day and didn't expect one person to have made a mess. HMMM - one person or 8 the place should be cleaned between renters! We had to be at an event in Wasilla in 2 hrs so he promised the place would be clean when we got back by 8pm. It was and we had no other problems.

Our stay was amazing. The pictures do not even begin to do this house justice. I am so glad we stayed here. We had so much room! It was so clean! Thank You!

Property was well maintained. Quiet location. 2 of the rooms were very large. 2 1/2 bathrooms were good for our group.

This property was exactly what my family needed for our stay in Anchorage. It provided a comfortable, welcoming and clean environment! Everything about this property is exactly as advertised. Would stay back at this place again in a heart beat!

We were quite disappointed when we arrived at our property. The beds were unmade with dirty sheets piled on the beds. There were used towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms. The secondary bathtub was awful. Apparently the drain was plugged up making it impossible to clean the bathtub. Needless to say those sleeping in the lower bedrooms were unable to shower for three days. Trash was present in all the rooms. Arriving from our trip we had to wash all the sheets and make the beds before going to sleep. Upon arrival on Saturday evening we called the emergency contact person with no reply. Called again on Sunday, still no reply. Finally on Monday we called Evolve headquarters and the owner called us back. We explained our situation. He appologized and promised to have a cleaning crew come out. The carpets were vacuumed, the bathtub drain was unplugged, and the bathtub was cleaned. We did get a refund for the cleaning fees and half off for our first night stay. The property was exactly what we needed for our family. It was located in an ideal location. Very close to the airport, beautiful parks, grocery stores, and downtown Anchorage.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It as spacious and clean and easy to find. We did a lot of adventuring away from town and ended up buying some bear spray. We couldn’t take them with us so we left them so others traveling wouldn’t have to worry about purchasing it for them selves. Overall it was a great trip!

The home is well stocked with everything you would need. Perfect location to the airport and for traveling around Anchorage and vicinity. Could use more room darkening shade for all the windows in the bedrooms.

This is a lovely home. It was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again.
