This listing is perfect for families. The cozy living room was great for watching movies as a family and the kitchen was fully functional with all the things needed to cook while you're away from home. We reheated an entire Thanksgiving meal from Cracker Barrel and found everything we needed in that kitchen! House is located in a very quiet neighborhood within 30 mins of most all the amenities Nashville has to offer. The host was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the Nashville area.....and while you're there you have to eat at Monell's. We liked it so much we went twice!

The property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the four of us. We all slept comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. If we had any questions the host was quick to respond and very professional. We had a great time and lacked for nothing at this property.

Me and my friends had an amazing experience staying in this home. When you first walk in, you’re greeted with an open, well decorated space that is spotlessly clean and is comfortable. The entire house was clean and extremely nice. If you are going to stay in Nashville, this is the place to stay! You are only a 20 minute drive to Broadway which is very convenient. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was comfortable for us. He made sure to check in and make sure that we were enjoying our stay. He also responded to any questions within about 5 minutes. When I booked this home I had my concerns because of the negative review about gunshots, but when I arrived and stayed in the home, I’m convinced that guest stayed in a completely different home😂 the neighborhood was very nice and quiet, I have no noise complaints at all. As for the camera situation, that guest honestly overreacted in my opinion... there is a ring doorbell and a camera as well, but it is your typical home security system that you see on every home in town. I honestly felt more comfortable staying there with the cameras because it means he cares about his property and making sure that it is safe and covered. My stay was amazing and relaxing. I can’t think of one negative thing I could say about my stay. I will 100% be staying at this home again!

This home was beautiful! Very spacious and and plenty of windows for natural light. Although the the home is beautiful, the neighborhood itself is terrible. Cars parked in the street from corner to corner. Stayed here for 3 nights and was woken up out of my sleep on the first night from GUNSHOTS! Because we still had two more nights left, we looked past the gunshots but we would later be woken up out of our sleep from the heat blowing from the vents. The home’s heat and air is controlled by a Nest that’s most likely controlled by the home owner. I woke up 3 times out of my sleep to turn down the air just for it to be turned back up to 76 plus degrees. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse, we received a message from the owner that he saw an extra person come into the home. When we told him how uncomfortable we felt and felt we were being watched, he told us there were cameras outside the home, but from that point on we felt extremely uncomfortable and like our privacy was being invaded. Also, when we arrived at the home for check-in, we let the owner know that we were from Nashville, but needed a home for the holiday weekend since I currently live in a one bedroom apartment. The owner’s response was “this is a red flag” and was afraid we would be throwing a party. We assured him we would follow CDC Guidelines, but still gave off a vibe that he did not trust us, the paying visitors. While he was worried about us, he should’ve have been worrying about his neighbors that kept us up both nights from loud music, people laughing and talking in front of the home, and people running through the backyard! Trust and believe, he does NOT have to worry about us coming back.
