My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week and Len’s Yellow House in Dewey. Both he and Debbie were very attentive to our queries and requests. The house was true to the pictures and was very clean and extremely well appointed with all the necessities a vacationer could ask for. Its location to the beach, and Rehoboth was a huge selling point and we navigated them on foot. I would highly recommend Len’s house to anyone looking for a relaxing, centrally located property.

We had a wonderful trip!! House is right next to the beach and a short walk to downtown Dewey, but far enough to be quiet at night. The house was perfect size for our family of 5.

Great house with a lovely deck and back yard. Only one block to the beach, which was surprisingly not crowded for a beautiful sand beach! Restaurants, mini golf, a farm market, etc. also within easy walking distance. House had everything we would want and the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Great overall experience!

Wonderful week in Dewey and the house was perfect. Had everything you could need and was spotless! Len (the owner who lives next door) was a fantastic help and lovely to meet! Would highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at the Yellow House this June. We can't say enough about our stay! The house was perfect for our two teenage girls and one friend as well as our two dogs. I was very happy to see a wonderfully stocked kitchen so that we could make big dinners. We also enjoyed the back deck with retractable awning - perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners! Being a block from the beach and east of Route 1 was exactly what we were looking for. Everyone could walk to the beach whenever they wanted without worry of crossing a major roadway. And the dogs were allowed on the beach in the early morning and evening! Len and Sally were wonderful hosts and it was nice to get to know them over the course of the week. Highly recommend!

This house is in the perfect location in Dewey. Tucked on a quiet block with direct access to beach 1 block away, it’s the perfect getaway. The house was perfectly set up for all of our needs, and bonus, it’s located next door to Sally and Len the owners of the house. They could not be more accommodating, low maintenance and gracious during our stay, it added to the enjoyment and specialness of the property. This place is truly a gem and we would be lucky to rent again year after year!

This is our 1st year staying at the Yellow House. Len & Sally welcomed us in as their family right away. The location was perfect for our group with all the amenities that we needed. I have been coming to Dewey Beach since I was little and am so happy to share our experiences with my children and friends. Loved our stay at the yellow house! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay and are looking forward to visiting again. Len and Sally (the owners) of the property made everything incredible from start to finish. They greeted us upon arrival with a sweet surprise and were there if we needed anything at all - super responsive. The house was very clean and even had an air filtration system (which was very comforting since we traveled with our 3.5 year old daughter). Len and Sally ensured the house had everything you needed - not bare bones like most rentals (soap, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, and everyday kitchen supplies etc). The backyard was gorgeous with a deck surrounded by flowers, a fig tree and a cute wash room for those days spent at the beach. Only a block away from the beach, it doesn’t get any better than the yellow house. They truly thought of everything.

Wonderful house in a great location close to the beach and to Fifer's market. We love the neighborhood where there are many full time residents who take pride in their homes. Everything is top notch and well-maintained in the house. All 3 generations of our family had a terrific week.

This property was truly great. It's a very short walk to the beach which was necessary since we were travelling with an infant and at night it was no issue to walk into downtown Dewey to the restaurants or jump on the trolley to go into Rehoboth. Len was a great host and made sure we felt right at home.

House is well cared for and beautifully kept up. One block from the beach for those pop up thunderstorms. I would definitely stay here again!!!

The Yellow House was perfect for our extended family vacation. It fit 2 families with lots of children very comfortably. The deck and outdoor shower were great and the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen are very nicely done. We loved the location as much as we loved the house. The beach is 1 block away and was not crowded. We walked to Dewey for dinner, shopping and mini golf. The proximity to Rehoboth was also fantastic. Leonard was a great host and we can't wait to return!

We really appreciated the large kitchen and the adjoining dining room with its big table. Great for family games! It has a beautiful deck (not to mention the yard and gardens) with another large table and lots of chairs. The beds were comfortable and there was ample closet and drawer space. The bunk room is a little tight and most suited for children. There is, however, a futon in the large living room. The master bedroom and adjoining sitting room are huge and pack n plays easily fit into this space. The owners live next door and were delightful in sharing the history of the house. I highly recommend this beautiful property.
